Craig was my hero the night I accidentally thought there was a road into the parking lot, but it was actually a ditch with 18 inches of water running from all the resent rains. I have to say ALL of the people in this area, were so nice! A gentleman at the local gas station looked at it. He asked 2 20-somethings in a quad to look at it and they called a brother, who brought a chain, but the consensus was I need a "lift" not just a tow, so the group decided I should call Rons Towing. While I waited for the truck, another gentleman stopped to make sure I was ok and Craig called me, half way through my original wait time to update me that he was on his way. I was told "Ron is sort of expensive", but for after hours on a rainy night and less than a 30 minute wait time, I was elated to pay $75 for the service. do not use this place. my daughter had her suv there to have an engine put in. they were very condescending to her. my son in law and her paid them a lot of money and they did not fix it right. she picked it up and then 10 min from them it broke down on the side of the highway and they had to come get it. mike was very rude to my daughter and said "i am not going to argue with you" when she was not. so you guessed it more money was spent because they did not test the work appropriately and they still did not listen to her or test drive the car after that to make sure it was correctly fixed. now it is making the same problem again and so do not trust this business if you do not want to keep breaking down and giving them more money to not fix it. read more

Triple A dispatched these clowns sent a driver to get my truck and don't know where Huntington wva was a has a crappy gps but he gets stuck in my moms yard then backs up and gets stuck in my neighbors yard and proceeds to wrap his winch around a utility pole to pull himself out and with nobody in the can he proceeds to winch himself out and the cable breaks and the whole truck rolls down into the middle of my neighbors yard heading to another house and utility pole while cursing at 11 at night and proceeds to tell me he will be back the next day to fix the yard and it's been 4 days and still nobody from rims garage has been here ti fix there yard if this would let me post the pictures of the wrecker in the yard I so would post them I wouldn't use a bunch of half retarded people and liars to tow anything for me again I'm hoping ti get there triple a towing privileges taken away if u use them good luck read more

I had my 2000 subaru legacy outback at ron's garage to have some work done (valve job) and the price on doing the job was a lot better (lower) than the prices of other garages that I have checked in the area that at which I live. Mike was very patient with me every time that I have called to check on the car ( every two days). I personally would recommend the company to anybody that would need work done to their vehicle at a fair price and quality work.
