Bought a car there. While doing the title paperwork, after they'd already accidentally combined 2 addresses into one that doesn't exist and we corrected that and started to paperwork over the 2nd time they had a typo in my wife's name, so we asked them to correct that and they said oh sure we can do that afterward. When we got the title paperwork they changed my name to the incorrect name they'd had for my wife so they were both wrong. Had to get in contact with a manager, which took several days for some reason. They were very unhelpful and unapologetic about the whole thing, would not recommend. read more

Wanted to post again about this Ford store. Our dually we purchased from them in 2019 had an issue with losing air in the front tires. The truck sits parked in our warehouse most of the time (only has 8000 miles on it currently) anyways we attributed it to that. But husband got to checking and it needed the valve stems replaced that was the issue. Was on a trip pulling our 5th wheel and called Jeremy in service who didn't have them but ordered them for next day. We swung by the dealership (we actually Live 3 hours from them) on our way and he worked us in immediately and got us back on the road. I love this dealership!!! read more

Horrible service department. Took my vehicle in because it was making suspension noise. They "couldn't replicate it". 4 months later took it to another dealership who not only heard the noise, but also showed me and printed out the TSB that had been out for over a year for that exact same problem for the make and model of my car. Good job valley ford, more reason why I will buy nothing there. I'll even order factory oem parts through other dealerships, and Iive I less than 1/4mi from vallery's. read more

Very unprofessional people, acted like they care less if they sell a car or not. Don't waste your time here. Prices are higher than most dealership, they should not call this a dealership because there is no deals going on here. I would have bought a $53k truck, but their attitude and willingness to care, i'll spend my money else where!! read more

After putting off a car purchase for almost a year, my husband and I finally decided to visit Vallery Ford in Waverly, Ohio in January 2016 to replace his vehicle. It turned out to be the easiest and most pleasant car shopping experience of our lives. Keith Boothe and Bill Lynn were both incredibly personable and respectful of our situation and needs. All told, the entire process from the time we arrived on the lot until we drove away in our new vehicle was 65 minutes. Test drive, financing, everything! Beyond that, they were very fair in valuing our trade. We just couldn't ask for a better place to do business. The experience really stuck with us, so much so that I totally changed my mind about what kind of car I wanted when it came time to replace mine. I really felt that Vallery Ford deserved our repeat business and so we returned last weekend, just to get an idea of what preparations we should make in order to be able to purchase in a few months. It's really nice to have a car dealer who doesn't mind a preliminary visit before you are actually ready to buy. Keith was again very helpful and understanding of our mission, and there was no pressure. As it turned out, we were able to be financed again and relieved of the worry often associated with making such a huge purchase. I just cannot thank the folks at Vallery Ford enough for their help.
