The worst service center receptionist. Answered with "yeah" and act like I was wasting her time. I wanted oil change and passenger mirror replaced. Asked what vehicle and said "we can't get it. Not even trying to help like check with Auto Zone or something and we could put on or we can help you with oil change. She couldn't get me off the phone fast enough and couldn't care less about my business. RUDE AS HECK. SHE NEEDS FIRED. I said maybe said 6-8 words and then said "I guess I don't need an appointment then she stayed yeap and hung up. Vallery Ford just lost a long time customer for service and sales!!! read more

Stopped in at Vallery Ford a few weeks ago to check out the new F-150's. Was completely blown away that Tyler got me OVER $10,000 off without even asking!! Left the dealership in a $48,000 truck for a test drive... Came back, and the price was under $38,000!! The guys at Vallery Ford never fail to amaze. A couple of weeks ago a truck Vallery Ford had for sale caught my eye. I happened to be in Waverly after business hours and stopped to take a look. It had everything I ever wanted on it.
