They cancel the install saying only 3 of the 4 tires had arrived. 2 weeks later, after calling customer care 800 number, because they don't answer the phone in Chillicothe, we are told the 4th tire was there. We set another install appt. Car is taken. They check it in. Start strolling the store waiting for completion. 45 minutes later they text that the tires aren't there. Then no one would come talk to us. Having a hell of a time getting a refund.
