They responded very quickly and gave me a SUPER reasonable quote compared to other shops in the Central Ohio area. I live in Columbus, but traveled down to Chillicothe for them to install the lift and perform an alignment. It was a great experience from start to finish. Simple and to the point. They've definitely earned my business and will bear the hour drive down from Columbus every time I need something! Thanks so much! The owner told her to give me the tires for the quoted price and I didn't need another alignment. i was very grateful to him. The next week I get my lease agreement and I was charged the extra $100 for the tires. i don't know if this is just a coincidence but three days after g my tires on, my brake light, ABS light and service traction control light are on, on my dashboard. I was charged $500 for 2 size 16 tires and an alignment which was $100.

I sent photos and videos to one of their employees, who even admitted the workmanship looked bad. When I tried to get rescheduled to have it fixed and finish the rest of the wheels, they told me they were "too busy" and tried to push me out THREE WEEKS. That's completely unacceptable considering the poor quality of work they delivered in the first place. A reputable business should stand behind their work and make things right quickly--not make customers wait weeks to fix their mistakes. Between the poor workmanship and lack of urgency to correct the issue, this is not a company I would recommend.
