I had a flat and I purchased a used tire to match the tread of the other four. I asked the front lady to mount the new used tire, dispose of the old one, and put the spare back up under the SUV where it belows. I dropped my SUV off at 8:30 am and received a call at 10:30 am that it was complete. I go in to pick up the SUV and was charged approx. $53 for the mount and balance and they did not put the spare back under the car. I informed them of their mistake and proceeded to wait 30 mins. After this time I asked the lady how long it would be and she stated they were busy and she had no idea. I had someone pick me up and asked for a call when completed. At 2pm, no response so I called to inquire and received the run around about being busy and they will get to when they can. I asked for the owner Josh to call me because this was unacceptable. Kyle, the guy who does the tires, calls me to explain that they are busy and normally do not put the spare tires back. I explain I specifically made the request and was confirmed they would do it. He then begins to tell me of all the excuses for him not doing the job and tells me he has no idea when he will be able to fix his mistake. The owner, Josh, never returned my call and I just picked up the SUV. Me and my family will never return to this establishment ever again and I will be sharing my experience with all social media friends I can to help them from making the same mistake with R&M. Could not imagine my 70+ year old mother having to lift a 22" tire with rim and put it back under a SUV.

Instead of replacing them with the same type that my warranty covered, they replaced them with older 2024 tires. Those tires were not covered under my existing warranty, which I was never properly informed about at the time. Because of this decision, I ended up being forced to purchase an entirely new set of tires out of pocket, even though I originally had a valid warranty that should have covered the replacement. This situation was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I trusted the service center to honor the warranty and replace my tires appropriately, but instead I was left paying for a problem that should have been covered. I strongly recommend others double-check what they are installing on your vehicle and how it affects your warranty before leaving the shop.

My jeep is worse off than when I took it in there and I'm getting an attorney. It is not drivable at all, died 5 times just going home which is less than a mile from his shop and the engine shakes all over the place now! Horrible mechanic. DO NOT GO HERE. I also paid in CASH because he doesn't accept credit cards and didn't even tell me that until AFTER the "work" was done. His response when I inquired about it being cash only was "you didn't ask." What kind of auto shop takes cash only? A scamming one that lies and denies they've ever done business with people they have screwed over, that's who.

At 110K miles I've had one every 5K miles.I've paid an average of $40-$60 over its lifetime but.. never $140. There was no quote online or in person I was ever given, I was in no way expecting $140. I told them this at the counter, and they said they quoted other shops around and they're all there. Ok.. uh no. Regardless I'll never be back. No communication, drop off 8am, vehicle was ready at 4:30(not a problem necessarily, but an opportunity for sure).

Awful service. Charged nearly $200 for an "inspection" then tried to charge $1500 for a new fuel…read morepump. Declined the service and inspected the fuel pump myself. Found the fuel level float popped off, so the gas gauge was not accurate and the car had simply run out of gas. Attached the float back to the fuel pump and added gas. Took 15 minutes. Scammed out of $200 because they clearly did not inspect the car, specifically the faulty part they said needed fully replaced.
