Don and Audrey have continued the quality service that the former owners had established. They are more than willing to take whatever time it takes for you to get the right frame and matting for your print/photo/tapestry. Another poster indicated the work done by Frame Haven is not cheap, which is true. However there is no framing to be done with such personal service that is cheap. That being said, I don't believe you will find a more reasonable place anywhere in the area! The very first time I used Frame Haven, they were almost half the cost of a competitor. I have had them frame everything from cheap prints that I liked to valued family heirlooms. I got the same high level of service and quality product each time. It takes me a little over half an hour to get there, but I'd travel twice that far without hesitation. In fact, we picked up one piece last week and dropped off another. I am picking it up tomorrow!
