One employee was checking out another person and the second employee told me to use a self-checkout. I was really hoping a new store would be better. Trust me, you do NOT want to use Greater Dayton construction…read more Short story: terrible communicators, took significantly longer to complete the project than quoted, and did a HORRIBLE job!!! Long story: Our finished basement flooded causing a lot of damage and requiring new flooring, baseboards, doors, and paint job. Our insurance company gave us a list of potential contractors to use and we unfortunately chose Greater Dayton for this project. When they first came out, they took incorrect measurements of the basement, so when they returned for us to begin choosing carpet and paint colors, they realized their mistake and we had to submit the new measurements to our insurance as it changed the price significantly. This of course delayed the start of our project. We were told to expect a phone call to schedule when they would start and were informed repeatedly that once they started it would take just about a week to complete everything. We never received a call. Instead, one day the painters just showed up unannounced to our house when we weren't there. We had to rush home to let them in so they could get started. The painters did a horrible, very clearly rushed job. My husband had to go out and buy more paint and put another coat of paint on the walls himself because they wouldn't. Then after they put in the new carpet, they ghosted us for over a week while we were still waiting for them to put in the new baseboards, put the sink and toilet back in the bathroom, and put the new doors on. When we finally heard from them they said they'd be back to finish everything, but then showed up a day later than they said, put the new baseboards in, but forgot to bring the doors. They actually frequently would forget materials needed and have to delay the work. They also didn't put the toilet or sink back. They said they'd be back that same day to do it but then disappeared again! Also one of the joints of the baseboards is misaligned and looks awful. And when they finally put the doors back on, one of them doesn't latch! They started this project on September 2 and just today (October 15) finally finished. So "just about a week" actually means a month and a half, and also you'll probably be redoing some of their shoddy work. Just do yourself a favor and use someone else!

Even when photoshopped the sets and props looked cheap and very busy. Still we ordered the pictures and then things got kind of messed up. The photographer had us pick out our photos to be touched up and printed but when we returned to pick them up they were not ready as she said and many were the wrong sizes and pictures. They didn't have our mug ready, and seemed very disorganized. We went back a few days later and picked up the pictures but still the mug wasn't ready. We called back and talked to the owner. She gave us some more pictures for the inconvenience but didn't attempt to apologize for not having what we asked for and when they said. Instead she tried to say it was a miscommunication. Like it was our fault they're not keeping record of the photos we chose and sizes and then not sending them to print. Very annoying In conclusion for baby photos go elsewhere as the quality here is not great and we did end up spending like $350. Bella or flash would be better money spent. I'll admit that if we had a better experience we would have gone back to take pictures with our dogs since they allow that. And the printing staff was very friendly. But have them call you when your pictures are ready and make sure they touch up and print the right pictures

I came on Dec 23rd with a box of 12 fleeces and he didn't even flinch at the fact that I needed them next day. The prices are reasonable and the service is phenomenal. People like that reviewer are the ones that email once and then leave a bad review. I would recommend calling or going in -- you won't be disappointed. I got there at opening time on Christmas Eve and there were several people picking up so I know they were busy and yet, it all got done and the quality of the work was excellent. Highly, highly recommend and I am so grateful to have a place like this to get my company's attire done.
