I called at 5:30 was told they will still be out. Called again at 10:30pm and was told they would only come out if I paid an extra $250 emergency fee! What I already paid $150 fee for next day emergency and now they want another $250!! Then they tried to tell me next day means 72hrs before they come out! When they contacted me in response to my email to discuss this discrepancy, I expected a professional conversation. Instead, I got attitude, excuses, and a dismissive rep who told me their own monitor might be wrong and his truck is right because it's inspected by the county once a year. So apparently, their technology is unreliable and customers are just supposed to accept whatever number they're billed for -- no transparency, no accountability, no respect. This company's customer service is unprofessional and arrogant. I'll be filing a formal dispute with my bank and reporting them to the BBB. If you value honesty, accuracy, and respectful communication, avoid Duncan Oil.
