All their customer service reps are work from home and very poorly trained. Since they don't work in an office with a supervisor nearby, they make very poor decisions. In addition to that, they are all EXTREMELY RUDE New Yorkers. I can't take it anymore. They will be removing their tank later this season so I can do business with another company. I called at 5:30 was told they will still be out. Called again at 10:30pm and was told they would only come out if I paid an extra $250 emergency fee! Instead, I got attitude, excuses, and a dismissive rep who told me their own monitor might be wrong and his truck is right because it's inspected by the county once a year. So apparently, their technology is unreliable and customers are just supposed to accept whatever number they're billed for -- no transparency, no accountability, no respect. This company's customer service is unprofessional and arrogant. I'll be filing a formal dispute with my bank and reporting them to the BBB. If you value honesty, accuracy, and respectful communication, avoid Duncan Oil.
