Then after almost two years of silence they showed up at my house in a big truck to take my tank claiming I ignored their letters and calls - still not providing documentation of ownership - then threatened to take me to court if I didn't give them the tank. Then, which I find absolutely shocking and despicable, locked my tank before the coldest weather in 28 years. All without speaking to me, the homeowner, and no documentation of ownership or ever doing business with them. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with and I'm not even their customer. I would not buy propane from them if my life depended on it.
