Instead, I got attitude, excuses, and a dismissive rep who told me their own monitor might be wrong and his truck is right because it's inspected by the county once a year. So apparently, their technology is unreliable and customers are just supposed to accept whatever number they're billed for -- no transparency, no accountability, no respect. This company's customer service is unprofessional and arrogant. I'll be filing a formal dispute with my bank and reporting them to the BBB. A single person. No offer to reschedule, no general manager running in to fill a labor shortfall, no realization that they don't have enough labor to meet the demands for the day and just deciding the best course is to close.
