They were busy but were able to get to us about five days later. We dropped about $200 on the treatment. Most of the treatment was applied outside of the house. It was guaranteed to work for up to 60 days. I held off on submitting this review until I could confirm the problem was permanently solved. It was. The treatment was about six months ago. Saturday morning came and went. I called Scherzinger back on Saturday morning. They said they don't do insects on Saturdays and they had no record of my appointment - they couldn't even give me another time or date until Monday. Thanks for nothing. If you can't get basic scheduling down pat, then I wouldn't trust you for anything else.

They keep saying they'll talk to the people at the top when we complain that they're haven't done the job and then schedule appointments without telling us that they're coming & we're not home. On top of that, they have 3 different crews to do 1 job at our house and can't seem to schedule all the crews to come at the proper time.
