They keep saying they'll talk to the people at the top when we complain that they're haven't done the job and then schedule appointments without telling us that they're coming & we're not home. At this point they have taken our money and done absolutely nothing. DO NOT go with ORKIN!

I contacted Bed Bug Solutions because I was petrified I had bed bugs in my upstairs office. I knew…read moresomething was off about my experience though. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and we had a phone call about my problem. The staff member told me I likely had bat bugs, not bed bugs. I had recently had a bat exclusion near the office space, so that made sense. I had never heard of bat bugs before though, so I did not know this was possible. I scheduled an extermination appointment for general extermination and inspection. That was also a wonderful experience as I learned a lot. The staff member indicated I did not need an extermination right now either. I think many companies would take advantage of my situation be either not telling me these were bat bugs or by providing extermination for other things without it being necessary. I will definitely use them in the future when I need something. Very pleased!
