I had originally given Barnes Wildlife a negative review. I spent quite a lot of money doing…read moreexclusion work to get rid of bats and mice. They got rid of the bats, but the mice were back shortly thereafter. However, after talking over the issue with them they came back and did some more exclusion work in good faith, without additional cost, under my warranty for the work they had already done. So I appreciate their responsiveness and follow-up.

I contacted Bed Bug Solutions because I was petrified I had bed bugs in my upstairs office. I knew…read moresomething was off about my experience though. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and we had a phone call about my problem. The staff member told me I likely had bat bugs, not bed bugs. I had recently had a bat exclusion near the office space, so that made sense. I had never heard of bat bugs before though, so I did not know this was possible. I scheduled an extermination appointment for general extermination and inspection. That was also a wonderful experience as I learned a lot. The staff member indicated I did not need an extermination right now either. I think many companies would take advantage of my situation be either not telling me these were bat bugs or by providing extermination for other things without it being necessary. I will definitely use them in the future when I need something. Very pleased!
