Rather than simply assuming there was a nest and recommending an expensive treatment, Johnny took the time to inspect the fireplace/chimney area, explain what he was seeing, send me photos throughout the process, and answer all of my questions. He ultimately identified the actual point where the wasps were entering the exterior of the home and explained his recommended treatment and plan for preventing future entry.
