Kevin was extremely prompt in coming out to treat the nest. He had to figure a way to organically remove it due to the chickens being present. He followed up quickly as the yellowjackets decided they weren't finished making their nest after Kevin removed it the first time. He did a terrific job and was quick to come out the second time and that did the trick! Kevin was thorough and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend PeztPro to treat any unwanted pests around your home. He truly cares about making sure the job is done and done right!

We will also use his business for ongoing pest maintenance (in case there are any, because I'm kind of phobic about these things), especially outdoor critters in the summertime. I started researching and I came across Z- Best and from the initial conversation I knew we were gonna be OK. They are very reasonable and understanding. They have done 4 different treatments to make sure we do not have them ever again. This has been very hard on our family since my poor baby girl was getting bitten by these nasty little bugs. After they came in we started to find more dead than alive. We are still not done since it takes usually between 3-5 treatments to get rid of them but we have seen improvement. I would recommend them to anyone. Y.D.

They were quick to respond to my inquiry and we had a phone call about my problem. The staff member told me I likely had bat bugs, not bed bugs. I had recently had a bat exclusion near the office space, so that made sense. I had never heard of bat bugs before though, so I did not know this was possible. I scheduled an extermination appointment for general extermination and inspection. That was also a wonderful experience as I learned a lot. The staff member indicated I did not need an extermination right now either. I think many companies would take advantage of my situation be either not telling me these were bat bugs or by providing extermination for other things without it being necessary. I will definitely use them in the future when I need something. Very pleased!
