Terminix sent a salesperson out with a ladder to go into the attic. He did. He took pictures in my attic, came back down and quoted me $12k to get rid of the mice in my attic. I politely declined. I did pay for an initial bait treatment and a follow-up ($360) to get rid of mice in my attic. Fail 2. 3 days later when the tech arrived to treat for the mice in my attic he didn't bring a ladder, When he realized he need a ladder--to treat the mice in the attic, he said he would call his manager to send another tech out with a ladder. Fail 3. He then walked around the outside of the house looking for mice and finally declared he had solved the mice problem and placed a bait trap in the garage--To treat the mice in my attic. Fail 4. 4 days later i had to call Terminix because no one ever came back out with a ladder to treat for the mice in my attic. During the call i went through 3 call centers to address the mice in my attic. BTW it only took one text on Yelp to schedule the sales rep. Fail 5. When i finally got through to a person to discuss the lack of treatment for the mice in my attic, I was scheduled for the next day, a Saturday with an arrival time between 12-6. I waited all day but no tech ever showed up to treat for my mice in the my attic.. In the end i wasted almost 2 weeks for this company to simply do what I prepaid them to do--go into my attic and treat for mice. Outcome: Their techs never went into my attic. I have unused bait traps in my garage. I still have my mice in my attic. who I now like more than Terminix. I wish I could have rated them a zero--Terminix, not my mice. Please never ever ever use this company--Terminix, unless of course you hate your money like your mice in your attic.
