I usually don't leave reviews for ongoing services because things can change so often. With that being said, I've now had Essential Pest taking care of my house in Huber Heights and my rental in Vandalia since mid last year. Let me tell you, these guys have been nothing short of amazing! My rental sat vacant for a while and was INFESTED with ants and spiders. The did their initial visit, the tech also scheduled a free visit a week after that just to go back and check because of how bad it was. Between those two treatments, the issues are completely gone! My home never really had any issues and since they started, absolutely no problems there either. I've had a couple of different technicians and they were both really kind people. They explain the process every single time and always email me afterward so I know what they did and if there are any concerns. I've also had to call their office because of changes with my payment information and one time just to check with scheduling and they are incredibly kind and efficient as well. Like I said, leaving reviews is out of the ordinary for me, but they have done such a good job they deserve it. The only thing more aggressive than their pesticides is their sales team. The young man was so persistent I felt the only way to get rid of him was to buy. Next thing I know I'm locked into a contract with a huge cancellation fee. All the bugs are gone, though do that's a plus. read more
