They were quick to respond to my inquiry and we had a phone call about my problem. The staff member told me I likely had bat bugs, not bed bugs. I had recently had a bat exclusion near the office space, so that made sense. I had never heard of bat bugs before though, so I did not know this was possible. I scheduled an extermination appointment for general extermination and inspection. That was also a wonderful experience as I learned a lot. The staff member indicated I did not need an extermination right now either. I think many companies would take advantage of my situation be either not telling me these were bat bugs or by providing extermination for other things without it being necessary. I will definitely use them in the future when I need something. Very pleased!

They said they don't do insects on Saturdays and they had no record of my appointment - they couldn't even give me another time or date until Monday. Thanks for nothing. If you can't get basic scheduling down pat, then I wouldn't trust you for anything else.
