Rather than simply assuming there was a nest and recommending an expensive treatment, Johnny took the time to inspect the fireplace/chimney area, explain what he was seeing, send me photos throughout the process, and answer all of my questions. They keep saying they'll talk to the people at the top when we complain that they're haven't done the job and then schedule appointments without telling us that they're coming & we're not home. On top of that, they have 3 different crews to do 1 job at our house and can't seem to schedule all the crews to come at the proper time. At this point they have taken our money and done absolutely nothing. DO NOT go with ORKIN!
