Rather than simply assuming there was a nest and recommending an expensive treatment, Johnny took the time to inspect the fireplace/chimney area, explain what he was seeing, send me photos throughout the process, and answer all of my questions. He ultimately identified the actual point where the wasps were entering the exterior of the home and explained his recommended treatment and plan for preventing future entry. He was also extremely accommodating with my tenant's work schedule and kept me informed directly regarding his findings, recommendations, and costs, exactly as I requested. I especially appreciated that he did not try to upsell me or recommend services that he did not believe were necessary.
