Then we ordered a side of French toast, a Bloody Mary (it had a tahin rim!) and the half and half, which is a half order of the regular eggs Benedict and a half order of the backwoods Benedict. Both were incredible! Eggs cooked perfectly, buttery smooth hollandaise sauce, and the freshest rosemary breakfast potatoes I have ever had.
