They took a one-hour lunch break, and by 3:00pm they wanted to end the "full day" with one tree still unfinished -- and asked us to pay for them to return another day to complete it. They also spent the last hour cleaning up, which took longer than it should have because the worker stationed at the wood chipper was on his phone much of the day. In total, we were charged for a full day but received about 6.5 hours of work, including the hour of cleanup and the time spent sorting out the plan. Overall, it ended up costing more than a more straightforward company would have, and I wouldn't choose this service again.
