Nathan and Tiare, who were helping me out, eventually checked with the manager, and it turned out he was the one who had taken my order over the phone but had accidentally forgotten to put it in. Obviously I still had to wait for them to make the pizza, but they offered to comp my entire order to make up for the mistake, which I thought was super nice of them and definitely not something they had to do. Mistakes happen, and I really appreciated how they handled it. Great customer service, and the food was great too! I got the veggie pizza and really enjoyed it. Definitely a good experience despite the mix-up!

The pizzas were half baked and fully safe to eat after finishing the pizzas at home. She gave us instructions on how to bake and finish the pizzas! What a great gesture! Ready to go all in on the Jeepney (out of curiosity. I've never actually been to the Philippines, so wouldn't have been able to judge). Bartender says, "um. We're pretty low on food" and proceeds to cover the entire bottom half of the menu (which is the pizza), leaving only the bar bites as available. So: heated up frozen pretzel was solid. And hot when delivered. The beer was tasty. Could prob warrant a fourth star for the space. But since I walked almost two miles for the pizza, and now have to solve separately for dinner, pretty disappointed. So was gonna do three stars. But Todd (the bartender) was super nice at the end, gave me the back story (busy weekend = no pizza), so redeemed the fourth star. Will prob go back to try the pizza. Just not on a Tuesday.

We had to wave down employees twice for cheese, pepper, and a water refill. By the time I got the cheese, I was already halfway through my pasta. To top it off, both toilet paper rolls in one of the restrooms were empty, which was surprising for a nice restaurant like this. The one highlight was the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka Pasta, which was delicious! The food was great, but the service was disappointing. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but this experience deserved one. Hopefully, management can improve the service because the food is worth coming back for.

My issue was with my most recent experience. I'm not a fan of the large tomato chunks in the deep dish sauce, so during a previous visit, an employee told me they could substitute their regular pizza sauce. She warned me that it could make the dough soggier, but I accepted that risk, ordered it that way, and the pizza came out perfect. I returned about two weeks later and ordered it exactly the same way. A newer employee told me he had been instructed never to make a deep dish with that sauce because it could affect the dough. I explained that another employee specifically told me to order it this way and that I had already tried it and loved it. I was willing to pay for it and completely accepted the risk, but he still refused to make it. I don't blame the employee because he made it clear that he was new and was simply following the instructions he had been given. My issue is with the inconsistency and how the situation was handled. I ended up leaving with nothing because they refused to make an order they had made for me just two weeks earlier. The pizza itself is great, but this was a very disappointing customer service experience. I have never been to any establishment in my life and been turned away because they couldn't make a very minor adjustment to a food order that I had already previously ordered there.

I found myself starvin-marvin when driving through El Segundo this past weekend when I noticed Stuft-Pizza. I like pizza and stuffed pizza sounds pretty good to me, let's give it a try! Probably the thickest pizza that I've ever had, seriously. I'm a big fan over a lot of crust over thin crust pizzas, I think you get more flavor and more of your money's worth. They had a ton of unique pizzas to choose from but I was in a hurry and after I let the girl at the front know this she said it would take longer if I were to get any of their specialty pizzas with more toppings and ingredients due to cooking and prep time. This was a bummer so I just went with a pepperoni pizza. Still very good but I was bummed I didn't get to try something new. Oh well, that gives me more reason to return! read more

He loves the cheese and the dough on their pizza. AND he also finds 2 slices and a large coke filling. This is a guy who works out across the street at Haywards boxing 3 days a week. He has been able to keep fit getting these every so often . When I get their pizza I LOVE their sauce as to me it's slightly sweet (yum!) and I usually don't eat pizza as I get migraines from "cow "dairy . However, I adopted a method where I temove the cheese off my pizza. So sauce and dough really matter to me. Ok, ok, sometimes I sneak cheese ok? Let's not dwell on it. Anywho for me the dough is bomb! The crust is soft instead of a brick. The toppings...they just make a great slice of pizza. There are pies there too but I never need that much pizza. Regulars come in which is cool. And if the fire department eats somewhere I'm like 80% sure it's good. So rest at ease they have been spotted here. Staff are very chill. Real people. which is VERY appreciated. and that plus the posters and radio station are what make it give it a cool East coast vibe. I'm so excited to try their calzones and ask for goat cheese cause my migraines are ok with dairy from that species for some reason. It might cost extra but I love calzones! And they have desert cakes etc as well which look delicious but I've never had them. But one of my FAVORITES is simply looking at the western action sports etc poster in the ceiling and walls. I love being cozy and warm so I enjoy sitting inside. However, if you run hot sit outside. There isn't much seating but most of the really good pizza places I've been too have minimal seating anyways. I figure, they're focused on the food, "I mean come on, whatta' we talking' about here?
