I've followed this black hair salon for a while on Instagram so I was excited when I saw they had a blowout on Instagram so I could try them out. When I called to ask for a stylist, the man tells me they aren't taking Groupons anymore. I say well I've already purchased it and it's still available online. He tells me we'll get your money back. We're going to contact them to take it down. I think this must be a misunderstanding so I contact the Instagram asking for a manager to contact me. The person who messaged me back tells me there's a misunderstanding, they do take Groupon's but only for a blowout with a brush. They then proceeds to send me a video of a white woman and ask me if that's my hair texture. No clearly it's not my hair texture, I'm black. I'm now super taken aback and say thanks but no thanks. The manager then messaged me in the same tune, they offer Groupon blow outs just not for my 4c hair but they're still a proud black hair salon. I'm really in complete disbelief at the texture discrimination that goes on with hair salons but the most surprised it's from a "proud black hair salon" in the middle of Georgia Avenue. read more

While I rarely give less than three-star ratings, I felt it was only right to warn others of this trap! From the start, Whitney at the front desk was extremely rude and actually hung up on me twice when I first called to make my appointment. The appointment times were also very limited, especially outside of normal business hours. But, when I took time out of my work week to go redeem my Groupon, the technician was 30 minutes late. I noticed one other client who was waiting on someone finally left. Another client waiting for a massage was told she could not receive prenatal massage because it "takes too long" and the staff was fully booked (yet it was nearly empty). All of this, plus a minimal polish collection and no offer of water or magazines or a safe place to put my things, left me feeling underwhelmed. The nail technician, Leslie, was super quiet and late as I mentioned, but nice once we got started and did a good job. Above all, just know that you are not pampered here or treated like a valued customer as you are at other salons. Still, the basic gel mani and express pedi with Leslie turned out great. This review is for women with natural hair. As you know we face a unique challenge when finding a good salon. We are usually sticklers about certain things with our hair that may not be important to others. That said, I've visited N'Gina at Studio Chique a few times and this is my takeaway: Non haircare related - Pros: Very cute salon, friendly staff, usually you are not waiting for a long period of time before being seen, super easy online appt system (I love this). There is always metered parking available and it's in a great location. Cons: The setup assistants watch tv a lot while they are shampooing you & I've had water splashed in my face one time too many or I could feel them half-washing when they got really distracted by the tv. They also keep the window open sometimes and if you have thick natural hair that's wet, this can be a disaster when trying to blowdry. Also, on my 1st visit I did not get a consultation at all. With natural hair & my own personal hair concerns, this was important to me so I didn't feel comfortable. Haircare Related - Heat: In my opinion they use WAY too much heat here. After your wash you get a basic blow dry, then a hard, very intense blowdry that may as well be a press, then your hair is pressed, then it is flat ironed. I started noticing the negative effects on my hair after a few visits. Styling: This is subjective so I won't comment much here Tools: I did not feel the combs/brushes & techniques used when combing my hair in it's natural wet state were appropriate. It was like my hair was being yanked at & was at times painful unnecessarily. Staff: The main stylist understands how to wash, wet comb and blow dry thick textured natural hair but none of the setup assistants (who generally do this) seemed to be skilled with this so I was uneasy & frustrated a lot as they tried to manage the process. So overall, if you love bone-straight hair, are used to a lot of heat & your hair is pretty straightforward & easy to manage in texture, this might be a really good go-to spot for you to try. But if you are like me and are particular about the level of heat used, and prefer to have everyone who touches your hair to have exp with natural hair and it's unique needs to a degree that they can actually help you up your game in improving the health of your hair with suggestions, etc then this may not be the place for you. I have since found a salon that was a better fit for my needs. read more

Don't believe the positive reviews! Studio Chique Minions were paid to post them. I made an appointment at Studio Chique based on the 4.5 review. However, this place is ghetto, run-down, and pricey. I can't waste any more time on this place, as I already wasted $135 for partial highlights (I wanted all-over color), a poor-quality deep conditioner, and a badly styled twist-out. My hair was terribly dry, and just looked weird...she didn't even TRY to do a decent twist pattern! The appointment took nearly three hours! However, my stylist (with a raggedy purple and black weave) said it was my fault because I came late (only 10 mins). The reality is, when I arrived, she had another client in her chair! I hate that I visited Studio Chique. I try to support my black-owned establishments, but the experience was just horrible. I recommend Natural Motions, which is only a few blocks down the street. read more

I am not doing a review of the hair salon services, but rather the nail services. I wanted to have my nails done for a special occasion and saw a design I really loved on Pintrest. The design was trendy (stiletto nails), and a friend who gets her hair done here recommended that I come by. I called the day before to make the appointment, the receptionist was very nice and, understanding my excitement and how important this occasion was, assured me that the nail services would not be a disappointment. My, oh my, was she wrong! My experience in the salon was a complete disappointment and a disaster. I arrived and walked up the steps to the salon and informed the woman at the front desk that I was here for an appointment. She looked at me, quite puzzled, and said that she doesn't think the nail tech is in. I was a big confused and asked her why would she not be if I made an appointment? At this point, the hair stylist nearby butts into our conversation and says that the nail tech is indeed upstairs. The two go back and forth for about two minutes arguing about when/where they has seen the nail tech come in before the front desk woman turns to me and shortly says, "you can go upstairs and check". Ummmm, why wouldn't YOU go upstairs and check for me instead? Nonetheless, I was in a hurry because I had a hair appointment immediately following. I proceed up the stairs and find the nail tech in the room, on the phone. She looks up at me and asks how she may help me, to which I reply that I have an appointment. She, too, is puzzled at this shocking revelation. At this point, my gut is telling me to leave but it's Wednesday and I have a full day of classes on Thursday with limited time to do anything before the festivities on Friday. I reluctantly sit in the chair and wait for the nail tech to get of the phone after about 5 minutes. I politely communicate with her what I told the young lady when I made the appointment and she begins. I asked for a gel set, with a stiletto shape, and rhinestones, and I show her a picture. I also had brought my own nail polish (a beautiful Dior nail color called Orchid). She proceeds to silently begin prepping my nails. Very awkward when your nail tech has very minimal conversation with you. She then begins to apply the nail tips to my nail (one of which was too wide, so she files it down at my request) and then begins to apply the gel in a severely misshapen manner which I noticed as it was being cured. She, too, noticed and proceeded to apply more gel to fix the shape only to make a more horrid mess. The gel cures and she applies the nail polish- then she begins to complain that the polish must be old because it is not behaving. Funny, as the day before I had gotten a pedicure elsewhere and the manicurist had no qualms about the polish and applied it perfectly. She applies the rhinestones and, as my polish is drying, goes downstairs leaving me alone in the somewhat dark and quiet room for a while until I proceed downstairs as I am now in a rush to get to my hair appointment. As I'm leaving? The girls compliment the horrible mess that is my nails!! I literally got to my hair salon and cried in my stylists lap!! I'm sure this salon does a great job with hair (though I dare not every try it) but I absolutely hated the service I received upon entry and will never be back for anything again. I ended up going to the nail salon in Columbia heights and having them redo the entire set- which they did perfectly and flawlessly!!! read more

I have been here several times and have seen Ngina exclusively. Everyone in the salon is nothing short of friendly. I have natural hair, so I occasionally get it straightened and trimmed which is referred to as a silkening press here. More like a sickening press because I always leave feeling like a new woman. Whenever I choose to go back to natural hair, I can tell my curl pattern is slightly looser, but there are no straight spots so that's perfectly OK with me. Service is prompt, friendly and the salon looks great. I'm usually seen immediately which was a big difference from other salons I've been to. I went to Ngina for the first time a week ago after reading all of the fabulous reviews on Yelp. I had currently been in the market for about 2 years and had given up on the search and resulted to watching YouTube videos for ways to style and take care of my hair, however my efforts successfully failed. LOL. First: My experience visiting the salon was great, and exceeded all of my expectations. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30am on Saturday; I was seen within 15 - 20 minutes after I arrived and the process from start to finish was completed in less than 2 hours! Ngina, trimmed the dead unwanted ends, pressed and flat ironed my hair. My hair has never felt so AMAZING! I have never received so many compliments on my hair in one day! There was even a stylist that complimented me to the point that she was surprised herself and tried winning me over to check out her salon...WOW! My natural hair was a ball of hawt mess when I first arrived, but after visiting Ngina my hair is still amazingly AWESOME (7 days later); my hair still moves and has so much body and volume. I highly recommend everyone with natural hair or no hair visit Ngina, my hair has never looked or felt so spectacular. Ever. What can I say but wonderful! Ngina was a great stylist! Background- I'm new to DC and was looking for a stylist who could do short, relaxed, colored (yes a lot of processed) hair and that wasn't going to charge me and arm and a leg like every other shister in this city. I've tried a couple of other places and either the results were subpar for the prices or I had an extended wait (5.5 hours to be exact) The salon- Clean. Metro accessible. It looks like someone cares about their appearance and business. The products used are clearly displayed so you never wonder about what's about to go on your head (Mizani and Design Essentials). Time- I was DONE in 2.15 hours (relaxer,conditioner,wash,wrapped under dryer, and styled) and I didn't feel rushed. i give her 5 stars on that alone. She was always ready for the next client's appointment at the appointed time and I didn't see anyone wait more than 5 minutes before they were tended to. Ngina- Wonderful stylist, she learned my name as soon as I walked in, referred to me by name and walked me through the steps of what she was doing. i would definitely come back to her again. Like the post written by Samantha C, i too had a bad color experience here. I showed a picture also was told that the results could be achieved and they unfortunately were not. My hair is now orange and when I called back to the salon, the very next day, I was given major attitude when I inquired about a color correction and toning. Mind you though, while I was there, I was told that this would be no problem to return in two weeks to fix it. I explained to her before leaving this was not what the picture looked like and asked about how soon could I return to fix it... My call to schedule a follow up appt was beyond unpleasant and I was hesitant to return .. Fast forward: I have now waited three weeks since the original appointment and been wearing hard since then. I arrived at my appointment today waved hello to the stylist and sat for ONE HOUR and FIFTEEN minutes. She did not at any point during my wait check on me, explain what was happening or even acknowledge I was there. It wasn't until I got up politely waved goodbye that she calked me by name and said "I'm running behind" and apologized. She offered for me to call her cell phone and reschedule, but I will not. Clearly, since I had an issue with the previous color work of hers, she did not want to try and even rectify the problem. I cannot recommend this salon at all for several reasons. They put out some decent heads while I was there the first time, but do not attempt to have your hair colored or get them to fix a mistake. read more

Part of me feels like I don't want to do this review because someone might read it and actually try Gina and that will be one more person I have to deal with to get an appointment. But I have to do this review because I love Gina and I have to spread the word. If you want flawless, healthy, bouncy, sexy, stylish, trendy hair... Gina is hands down THE BEST. I will be 25 years old this year and I have been Gina's client I was 12... she applied my first perm and I never left. I did stray away a few times but no one does/knows my hair better than Gina. When I need an appointment and she's booked I'm willing to wait because straying away from her is not even worth my time/money. I know when I go to Gina my hair will be right. I will have 0 complaints. Trust me you will not be disappointed! She's also good with short hair. My mom has short hair and Gina has been doing her hair longer than she has been doing my hair. Anyway people are ALWAYS complimenting my mom's hair. I have seen Gina apply full weaves that look absolutely marvelous and 100% natural. Not only does Gina know hair but she also has really good customer service. She does what she can to get you out at a reasonable time and her assistants are also really nice. Try Gina! I went for the massage services. BUT the entire establishment and experience wowed me! Where do I begin? You walk up a flight of stairs to the first floor which is where hair services are performed. Front desk attendant was sweet and friendly. Stylists are clearly enjoying their work environment, clients are smiling and chatting away. It's refreshing to see a salon so full of life and vibrancy. I was then led upstairs to a waiting area with chic chairs, and refreshments available for guests (coffee, tea, water, pastries!) The massage therapy room is decorated minimally but beautifully, with modern text accents on the wall, a lovely scent, luxurious towels and a plush blanket draped over the massage bed. My therapist was Patreece. I have so many things to say but to summarize: BEST MASSAGE I've EVER had. As a professional therapist for 11 years, you are literally in GREAT hands. She is so educated and knowledgeable about her field, and her techniques prove that. I was taken to a whole new place and state of mind. I can't believe I haven't Yelped about Studio Chique yet. I've been here a total of 3 times, all for different reason. 1. Hair: Last November, I got my hair done here. I scheduled online through some booking website called StyleSeat to get my hair done by Candice. I heard about Studio Chique through a natural hair blogger. Anyway, apparently the stylist didn't actively use the website anymore, so my appointment wasn't in their online system. They told me I didn't have an appointment and I showed them by StyleSeat confirmation and they were still able to accommodate me. I cannot remember if Candice did my hair or if someone else did it because she was busy. But I do remember being happy with the result. They gave me an offer to try a facial at a discounted price since I was new to studio chique. I booked it and returned a few weeks later. 2. Facial: AH-MAZING. It was my first facial ever and it was such a relaxing experience. I believe Octavia did my facial. She gave me such helpful advice and she got rid of those nasty blackheads from off my nose... I had been struggling with that for a while. 3. Massage: Last month I had a massage. There were some issues with scheduling on Studio Chique's end. That's actually why I am knocking it down a star... The day before my massage, they cancelled my massage because the masseuse scheduled was no longer working there. I understand that things happen and maybe they thought they would have had a replacement by then... but less than 24 hours is very short notice and is kinda unprofessional. I was called at 6:00pm and my appointment was 1:00pm the next day. I ended up scheduling it for a few weeks later because that's what my schedule allowed. AND when I got there, I had a different masseuse than what I was originally told (I was scheduled for Brianna but later I saw an e-mail that said it was changed to Latisha). Latisha did a great job. It was very soothing and relaxing. On the paperwork I filled out, I noted that my feet and ankle were problem areas... but she didn't really focus on them too much. But the massage felt so good and I was so relaxed, I couldn't even complain. I'll definitely be back again. For what service? Not sure yet lol. I want to try it all! read more

Today was my first time going to Studio Chique and trusting my hair with a unfamiliar salon and stylist. The decor of the establishment is not only welcoming but very true to its name---chic! The customer service is superb! During my time there I was checked on regularly, offered a beverage several times, and handle with care and concern. When instructing Ngina on how I wanted my hair, I was not too sure if I articulated my vision (without a picture) accurately, but she said " okay, I got it!" When she swung that chair around, so I could face the mirror, all I could say was " Yesssssssssssssssssss!!!" Not to mention-- the price for the service was reasonable and fair in comparison to other salons which charge unreasonable prices for similar services. Let me start out by saying that while everyone who works at Studio Chique is professional and friendly, Johnie is the LOVE OF MY LIFE. As a biracial girl who is veryyyyy testy about who I let do my hair, I was a bit nervous the first time my friend (who gets perms & sometimes weaves) took me to the salon. I have always had my hair done by Ethiopian or Dominican salons in the past, since their hair is closest to my texture. My friend has very coarse hair, and Johnie makes sure it's well moisturized and completely tangle free before she applies any heat. I recommend Johnie to my coworker, who is also biracial but gets perms, and she loved her too. So ladies, no matter how you choose to style your hair, I guarantee she can hook you up. Johnie put all my fears at ease. Unlike the salon I was previously with, where they use pretty much a standard shampoo and conditioner for everyone, Johnie made sure all the products she selected would work with my hair. She also always makes me sit under the steamer, no ifs ands or buts, and my curls spring to life! I also like that she styles in a room separate from the dryers, so you get a more personal experience. She's always friendly and we chat about pretty much everything. I go to her when I want to straighten my hair, or just to maintain my curls. There is also a nail technician there who I'm so ashamed that I can't recall her name. She is FANTASTIC. I had a pedicure done literally 5 days before I saw her, and I was shocked at how she exposed the shoddy job my other salon did. She has the most beautiful dreadlocks (so mad I can't recall her name). She is very knowledgeable about her craft. What I liked most is she gave me great tips on maintaining both my mani & pedi; which can help me save my hard earned bucks. On a personal note, I love that Studio Chique is black owned and operated. I always feel at home right there on Georgia Avenue, and it's motivating to see so many talented stylists perfecting their crafts. Team Studio Chique!!!! read more

I am new in the area and visited the salon in hopes of finding a regular salon to go to and I was extremely impressed by the service, the time spent in the salon, and especially the hospitality. When I first walked through the door I was greeted by the receptionist who got me started immediately. Following, I was shampooed, conditioned, and deep conditioned with care and efficiency. This salon is NOT a salon where you are left under the dryer for hours. I booked a silk press and after I left the dryer, I was blow dried and detangled before I got to my stylist, Octavia. Once I got to Octavia's chair I was greeted with a smile and she really paid attention to my needs of what I wanted for my hair. As someone who does not straighten their hair often, initially I was worried that the well needed trim would make my hair look odd in its natural state, but she cut and styled accordingly and I am so happy for that. My next appointment is already booked and I am looking forward to being in her chair again. You can definitely trust that the staff in this salon will take care of you, and deliver in a short amount of time. I've been seeing N'Gina for a few months now and it's been a wonderful experience! I usually see her for a regular wash and set and I LOVE that she is able to get my hair straight and beautiful without using a hot comb. Side note: The blow drying is very hot and slightly uncomfortable. The prices are also affordable and not crazy expensive like other salons in the area. I received a Sew In for my college graduation and it is hands down the BEST sew in I've ever had. It looks very natural and she really took her time. Also N'Gina is a very kind and oh so caring person I can tell she really cares about her clients and respects their time. And that's something that is very important to me. I've grown to love her spirit! The entire experience of getting my hair done by N'gina is something I always look forward to. Super positive: there was no waiting under the dryer unnecessarily while someone else is getting done. I was under just as long as I needed to be. The silkening press was done so well. If you are tempted to click away and purchase a Groupon please don't, do yourself a favor. Apart from asking me few times for extra charges on the service. This was definitely a cute salon. Very clean and friendly staff. I arrived early and I waited 5min to be seated at the bowl. I like the service and I respect that the stylist was knowledgeable and informed me about my hair. I requested a treatment and she educated me on why that was not necessarily something I needed. I appreciated that she was able to talk me out of a service that I didn't need instead of taking advantage of an up-sale. My only gripe is that the hairstyle did not last overnight, once unwrapped the next morning the style was completely flattened. I blame myself for that one. This review is for hair services only. I have been going to Candice almost 2 years now. I have lived in several major cities and had my hair done by many different stylists so I know what I am looking for. As far as this salon, I usually get out in a decent time and am pleased with my styles which is a plus. They have an online booking system but no app that I know of. Candice is very receptive to my vision for my hair styles. I did have one sanfu with a semipermanent coloring treatment- long story short the color was nothing as I envisioned and faded fast. However I cannot put that completely on her technique. All in all I would recommend this salon. read more

N'Gina definitely slays with the flatiron, is masterful with sew-ins, and knows how to apply a relaxer. I know this seems pretty basic, but unlike other stylists at many other salons I've visited, I've never had issues with burns, inconsistent application of the relaxer to my hair, etc. I also love the fact that she applies the relaxer and does the majority of the service herself. I've never had color or natural styles done by N'Gina so I can't comment on those. I knocked one star off for wait time. Once you're in the chair, N'Gina is very quick and efficient, but there has been more than one occasion when I arrive and she's working on a few other people, or she's not there. I've never waited an exorbitant amount of time for her but it means alot to me to be seen as soon as I arrive. read more

My hair remained straight and glossy for almost 30 days after my silk press and trim with Dre. Services with tip ran me $95 but it was well worth it. I also received a deep conditioner and top notch service. The shop was very clean and the staff was very welcoming. I have worn natural hair for three years and wanted a change. I got a silken press and couldn't believe the results! My hair actually looked silky! I got 2 monthly facials and a massage. It was great. My skin was glowing and the deep tissue massage helped loosen my stiff muscles after foot surgery. Marsha deep tissue and Tyra facial were much need healing for my body. They were lovely very knowledgeable technicians. I also learned so much about caring for my body inner and outer. I'm very new in the area and Studio Chique was suggested to me. I've got a DevaCut for the first and I'm not disappointed! I wanted my hair to have more volume and my curls to pop more, mission accomplished! Wait for the next day to really see the result because curls tend to be more beautiful the day after your wash. The salon is nicely decorated, it's very modern and classy. The employees are so nice, I appreciated the warm welcome of the girl at the desk and Ngina's kindness. The latter did a great job, she took her time and you can see that she knows what she's doing. The prices are not that bad so I think it will be my salon while I'm in DC, for sure. read more

Originally from NYC, I've been going to the same stylist since the age of 12. This woman has kept my hair healthy and her cuts are on point. So, naturally, I was hesitant to let anyone else near my hair. So, for the last 3 years I've been making the trip from DC to NYC sometimes just to get my hair done. Finally exhausted, of traveling to get my hair done, I decided to look for someone in DC. Thank you Yelp for introducing me to Studio Chique. Starting with scheduling my appointment, the receptionist was polite, very cheerful and reassuring. I arrive for my appointment to get my hair relaxed with Candace. I was based immediately and waited for Candace to finish up with someone else. It have me a chance to observe her handy work before she worked on my head. I'm very particular about my relaxer, my roller set and wrap and not having to much product weighing down my hair. I set the bar low, so i wouldn't be disappointed. Well no more trips to NYC just to get my hair done! Candace did a wonderful job on my hair! I left there with wonderfully bouncy hair. read more

I live close by - and like to support local businesses (btw this is NOT located in a rough area!). However, I will not be going to studio chique again. It was my 1st visit for a waxing. Lisa - who I was scheduled with was not there for my 10:30 appointment. After the receptionist texted her - she responded that she wouldn't be able to make it. She stated she was in an accident - which I highly doubt, and either way - she would have been late for our 10:30 - accident or no accident. Complete unprofessionalism. If you are going to treat new clients with such dis-regard, I don't see studio chique being around for much longer. Can't survive with the raising rents around here with that kind of customer service. And agree with prior posters - there was a odd smell. read more

I first walked into this salon in 2015, and immediately felt the good atmosphere and professionalism. Fast forwarding to now in the very end of 2019. It's sad to say my time is up here. From the confusion, to the lack of responsibility, and my time and money being absolutely wasted, I will not be coming back. My very last experience here is absolutely HEARTBREAKING. In September I bought 4 bundles already colored red priced at 800$ (this is NOT INCLUDING the sew in+plus the add ons I got.) so everything was roughly 1,200!!! Yes y'all heard me correctly 1,200. For hair plus sew in!!!! BUT. Because I was such a fan of studio chique and my ex hairstylist, I dropped the money because I knew I would be more than happy and grateful for my services!!!! That was not the case this time!!!!!!! the hair I bought at 800 dollars was literally TRASH! This hair would shed ALL DAY!!!! ALLLLLL DAY! My lover was at the point where it would make him crawl seeing hair all over his house in every room, it literally caused issues between me and my roommate and I because she saw hair in the kitchen, bathroom, hallway and it literally made her upset with me!!!! This isn't where it ends, the hair also literally felt like yaki hair!!!! Literally some cheap hair from beauty supply store!!!! At this point I'm LIVID! I tell my ex hairstylist and she says just some words and how I should get a refund. The owner Ngina reaches out about how she could do a CONDITIONING treatmeant and how a refund isn't possible (LOL) then I leave the conversation alone for a month. I come back a month later because it just really hit me that I spent soooo much money on this service to just be stuck with such horrible nasty hair that sheds all freaking day!!! She then tells me she can give me hair plus color it back to original color red on my last install and sew in for free even add a closure for free.....I'm a little bit relieved at this point. I then make my appointment for that week to get my free hair and service ( which in my mind I feel ok, but in my mind I'm much happier to just get my hard earned money back) but I say whatever at this point. I get in on a Friday to get my install and hair from my ex stylist. Ngina comes over to show me my new hair bundles and the color. I then ask for the closure as well (because mind you she said I could also get a closure for free) and she looks confused and said you never said you wanted a closure and because it's last minute it would be a 50 dollar fee I'm like HUH? THEN, I peeped my ex hairstylist with a attitude because I was getting a install for free and I overheard her talking about how I should be charged for install. MIND YOU, I have always taken great care of this girl!! 70 plus dollar tips!!!!! And this isn't even Hollywood, this is DC honey! My stomach is just crawling at this point and I'm talking to God in my head like how did I end up in this ghetto ungrateful mess!!????? The division in this salon is so intense its just so demonic and plain out terrible!!!! After I finish up with my service I noticed the color was so much different then my first install and the whole reason why I spent so much money on the hair is because of the COLOR!! The closure I also got was so dark on top and didn't flow with the rest of my look. It's like everything was kind of put together with no care at all! I then call the salon AGAIN to tell them how I am just so unhappy and could they atleast give me my color back. The owner tells me 350 to get my color back because they have to lift out color and do it over. OK WHOSE FAULT IS THAT???? Didn't I spend 1,200 in the first place to get what I asked for!!!! LASTLY, I am warning you! Whenever there is a mess up from this salon , the OWNER Ngina never never never never can take criticism or accountability... it's always "My buisiness is top notch this .. and my team is this and that." This WOMAN seriously has a STRONG GIFT OF GAB!!!!!!! It's never a "I'm so sorry here is a refund for cheating you out of your money." GOOD BYE read more
