Set up an account, book the time, you pay when the service is complete. I booked both services with Cassandra. She was superb! The girl at the reception counter was very sweet too. There were some parts that did hurt quite a bit, but it is over quick. Once the was is pulled off, the pain only lingers for a few seconds. She didn't laugh at me while I was spewing a stream of curse words every time a section was pulled. She may have had to go over some spots twice - sorry! The soothing gel treatment at the end really cools the whole area off. The whole thing was over in 30 minutes, maybe a little longer. Now I feel a bit less embarrassed taking my shirt off at the beach or pool, and no worries about the reactions when a woman touches my back. Definitely would recommend.

I've been a Tommy's Tanning customer for years and always found it was a well run business which is what made me decide to try the wax center. The facility is clean, quiet and the waxing rooms are private. The tech who completed my wax was friendly, professional and instantly made me feel calm. I also had some darkening of the skin in the areas where I had been tweezing, which had become quite noticeable and bothersome. While the first esthetician was very nice, I was a little concerned with the little sores I seemed to have after each treatment. After speaking to a friend, I decided to try another electrologist. I must say I was very pleased with Cathy's technique - no noticeable scarring on my face and her concern re: the condition of my skin. She is very sensitive to how you are doing during the treatment and checks-in throughout the session to make sure that you are not experiencing too much discomfort (she is treating individual hairs). While electrolysis does take longer than other methods of hair removal, I will say that it is well worth the wait. After going to Cathy, my unwanted hair is not just unnoticeable - IT IS GONE and my skin has cleared-up entirely. A friend recently commented on the absence of the dark spots I previously had on my chin. The business is in a great, discreet location. And, Cathy is a wonderful esthetician who makes you feel at ease and is really willing to work with you.
