I've been with her for 8 months, and have already booked-out my weekly fill-appointments for the rest of 2020! She is SUPER knowledgeable of trends and what looks good with certain eye shapes. I used to think that "volume lashes" meant those 'furry caterpillar' looking eyelashes, but Des' volume lashes are super classy, with a touch of soultry/sexy. I cannot recommend Desired Beauty enough!!

Update: I woke up today with trauma to my left eye. See picture. Also, I wrote a review on Google…read moreand the owner replied to it asking to have a conversation via email just so everyone knows I emailed her a month ago and she never got back to me so. I went to MBeauty Studio for my first-ever full set of lashes. The studio itself is absolutely beautiful--clean, calming, and very aesthetically pleasing. That's the main reason I'm giving two stars instead of one. I booked a next-day morning appointment with the only tech available at the time. As a first-timer, I was a little confused and surprised that no consultation was offered before starting. I shared clear reference photos of what I wanted--light, fluffy, wispy lashes with that spiky, anime-inspired texture. Unfortunately, what I received was a short, curled, clustered lash line that didn't resemble the look I had requested. While I didn't speak up in the moment due to anxiety, part of me felt there wasn't much point if the tech wasn't capable of delivering the style and there was no one else available to fix it. My eyes were very sore afterward, and the entire experience felt uncomfortable. For the high price, it just didn't feel worth it. I also believe there's a responsibility on the part of ownership and management in any beauty studio to ensure that all techs are trained to a consistent level of talent and artistry--especially when offering premium services. That consistency is key to a positive client experience, and sadly, it was missing in my case. I had been considering them for nano brows, but after this, I'll likely look elsewhere.

When I tried to communicate this to her, she ended the session short and headed to the counter to take my payment. I definitely recommend against getting eyebrows done here.

Gabrielle is a true brow artist: conscientious, meticulous, savvy, and attentive. It's always an excellent experience and I have been getting compliments on my eyebrows ever since.
