Update: I woke up today with trauma to my left eye. See picture. Also, I wrote a review on Google…read moreand the owner replied to it asking to have a conversation via email just so everyone knows I emailed her a month ago and she never got back to me so. I went to MBeauty Studio for my first-ever full set of lashes. The studio itself is absolutely beautiful--clean, calming, and very aesthetically pleasing. That's the main reason I'm giving two stars instead of one. I booked a next-day morning appointment with the only tech available at the time. As a first-timer, I was a little confused and surprised that no consultation was offered before starting. I shared clear reference photos of what I wanted--light, fluffy, wispy lashes with that spiky, anime-inspired texture. Unfortunately, what I received was a short, curled, clustered lash line that didn't resemble the look I had requested. While I didn't speak up in the moment due to anxiety, part of me felt there wasn't much point if the tech wasn't capable of delivering the style and there was no one else available to fix it. My eyes were very sore afterward, and the entire experience felt uncomfortable. For the high price, it just didn't feel worth it. I also believe there's a responsibility on the part of ownership and management in any beauty studio to ensure that all techs are trained to a consistent level of talent and artistry--especially when offering premium services. That consistency is key to a positive client experience, and sadly, it was missing in my case. I had been considering them for nano brows, but after this, I'll likely look elsewhere.

This past weekend we decided to treat ourselves to a nail salon day and it was the absolute best time! Cindy was my nail tech and I'm not kidding when I say she gave me the best mani pedi in my entire life! She was so sweet, and she did wonders! My nails have never looked this good. My favorite part? They really treat this like a spa, with their leg/foot massages, they give you a back massage, the music in the background and just the overall vibe -- 10/10 all around! I always get my chellac done with Lucy and she does an amazing job each time. My manicures last me 4 weeks without any chipping/peeling. However, I'm currently pregnant and the growth has me needing to go to her again 2 or so weeks later. She is a bit far from where I currently live and when I don't feel like making the drive to see her I instantly regret getting my nails done at any other place. The environment here is very welcoming & all the ladies who do pedicures do a great job as well. My only complaints are that sometimes when busy everything does feel a little rushed so I suggest going on a Sunday & I do not like the massages they give you while you are getting your nails done --- they can feel a bit rough... But then again some people may enjoy them.

When we…read morearrived, I clearly told the technician that we only wanted two eyebrow services -- one for me and one for my niece. My niece is visiting from Brazil and is not familiar with how things work here in the United States. After finishing her eyebrows, the technician asked my niece if she wanted to do her upper lip and other parts of her face as well. My niece, not fully understanding the situation and thinking it might be part of the service, innocently said yes. At the end, when it was time to pay, I was expecting to pay about $32 for two eyebrow services. Instead, my total came to $102. This was very shocking and upsetting. I had clearly stated from the beginning that we only wanted two eyebrow services. It was very clear to me that the technician took advantage of the situation. Because of this experience, I feel extremely disappointed and I will not be returning to this place.

The ambiance is lovely staff is friendly. The lady who did my facial was amazing. However I've been getting my lashes done for 4 years, I asked individual lashes in a classic set style. Immediately after we finished she asked me if I liked it (it's after 8pm by this time) I expressed my dislike as the lashes were uneven not seamless and so heavy. She asked me if I can return tomorrow so she can fix it and I just said no because I wanted to cry , I was going to an event that night which is why I went to them. I returned to my regular lash tech a few days later to have them removed which took over an hr and i lost soo many of my natural lashes. But to find out that l was charged $120 for CLUSTERS has me soo disappointed! I added a pic of the lashes after they were removed you can see the amount of glue and the clusters.
