2 1/2 years ago, I went to the studio and had the OWNER Mellie figuring she would be the best and it's your face paid over $800. she ruined my face ..I asked for soft natural browse with hairline strokes, specifically nano brows ..showed her a picture ... showed her a picture of the color... She did no mapping like they show on YouTube and everything with strings & this and that..she put this plastic stencil like thing over my eyebrows and it looks like she took a black magic marker and just drew a line on with it(no stroke like here whatsoever ) and then I said no that's not what I wanted their too thin and she goes well That's what you okayed when she had the plastic tracer thing over my eyebrows and I said no I meant the outside part so she went over them again. She made them too close together. I had to tell her to put more of a tail. There are zero hair marks and they were black, and I showed her pictures of light light brown light brown eyebrows... Like I said before it's been 2 1/2 years ..I'm miserable every single day. I can't afford laser. I've tried everything to fade them and all I could say is I did my research and she also did MY SISTERS and hers came out terrible so run run run run run. Also, I wrote a review on Google and the owner replied to it asking to have a conversation via email just so everyone knows I emailed her a month ago and she never got back to me so. I went to MBeauty Studio for my first-ever full set of lashes. The studio itself is absolutely beautiful--clean, calming, and very aesthetically pleasing. That's the main reason I'm giving two stars instead of one. I booked a next-day morning appointment with the only tech available at the time. As a first-timer, I was a little confused and surprised that no consultation was offered before starting. I shared clear reference photos of what I wanted--light, fluffy, wispy lashes with that spiky, anime-inspired texture. Unfortunately, what I received was a short, curled, clustered lash line that didn't resemble the look I had requested. While I didn't speak up in the moment due to anxiety, part of me felt there wasn't much point if the tech wasn't capable of delivering the style and there was no one else available to fix it. My eyes were very sore afterward, and the entire experience felt uncomfortable. For the high price, it just didn't feel worth it. I also believe there's a responsibility on the part of ownership and management in any beauty studio to ensure that all techs are trained to a consistent level of talent and artistry--especially when offering premium services. Awful customer service. No one calls or confirms any appointment until the day before, yet they have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Very poor communication to the clients. My appointment was cancelled and my deposit was not refunded. They didnt tell me this would be the case before they cancelled. When i asked to keep the appointment they also refused. Im sure they have a waiting list and keep my deposit on top of another client' to replace my appointment. hey claim they send automatic messages and emails- i have received 0. Got lashes done in what seemed hurriedly. The appointment time was 2.5 hours but the tech was done in 40 minutes. Lots of lashes fell off overnight. She fixed them the next day but the outcome was less than desired! read more

While I love M beauty studio and Mellie does an amazing work on eyebrows and customer service, I cannot say the same for Sara F. Customer service with her was disappointing to say the least and wish we had more microblading staff available to allow for more options. She started microblading my skin without consulting the shape I wanted. Next time I would be careful to schedule a microblading appointment with anyone but Mellie. Just to clarify, I've had also good experiences with Amanda W and she was phenomenal in guiding me what was best for my skin and how I wanted the shape of my eyebrows before she started microblading. I went there last Saturday to get a set of UV gel nails, the nail technician was angelic or Ángely, something like that, she was not very friendly, but I thought, hey! maybe she is not a talker, that's fine, but, then i noticed she was extremely distracted with her phone, texting back and forth, checking it every two seconds. I observed the other technicians, none of them had their phones on their working tables, just her, very distracted in general, looking around, while doing my nails and using the electric file, anyways, 4 days after, 2 of my nails broke, the tips she put on just broke, not painful or anything, they just broke, I don't know if she didn't glue them properly or if it is not a good quality gel or what, I have no idea, I have had UV gel tip in the past for a long time, this has never happened to me before. I paid an extra $100 to get my eyebrows micro bladed by Millie but unfortunately, it was not worth it. My eyebrows were uneven and i feel like she rushed. I was there for the first time on a Tuesday for a gel manicure and pedicure. The reason I wanted to try this place was because I am thinking of having microblading with the owner, Mellie when I'm ready. I'm still worried with the idea that my skin will be cut with a blade. I saw Mellie's work on Instagram and I liked it. So, I made an appointment for a late Tuesday morning. The moment I walked in, I saw the owner Mellie, her husband and a few other women at the front counter. No one greeted me, but just starring at me. Then a girl from the nail station stood up and greeted me. But recognizing the owners from Instagram, Mellie and her husband and they were the ones who saw me right at the entrance and did not even greet a first time customer was a complete let down and a turned off. Hannah was the lady who did my nails and was very experienced and did a great job. Throughout the service, the workers and the husband talked among themselves, they just stared at you, not even a smile at you, no skill in customer service whatsoever. Other places offered free massages and beverages and this place doesn't. I think their focus is to make money out of 1-3 day classes charging students thousands of dollars teaching them how to microblade. I don't think I'll let anyone cut my skin after a 3 day class. The owner, Mellie likes to wear her Chanel brooch on her outfits as if she worked for Chanel or flaunting her wealth? She can buy a Chanel bag from each student she charges for a 3 day class! Her charges are higher than a class in a private university per semester! All these set the tone at this place, the staring from the owners with no smiles or greetings, the atmosphere seemed cold, and I would not be returning. read more

These lashes lasted WAY longer than they did when I get them done at the other place. She was patient w/ me and let me wait a few minutes before opening my eyes so that the glue didn't sting. I came here for the first time to get my lashes done, I think the lash technician's name is Angelina or Angie or something like that. First impression was that she wasn't all that friendly, she first made a sarcastic comment about me wearing make up to the appointment. I had came straight from work and was wearing makeup and had no problem using my wipes to remove it. Anyways, I go to lots of salons and always love the customer experience of being pampered. This wasn't happening here. I was there for like 2 hours and still left with barely a full set. She kept putting them on and then removing them. She felt very in experienced. And one of the biggest things I disliked the most was that she had terrible RAP music playing on Alexsa with curse words. Ummmm... aren't we supposed to be playing spa like music or easy listening music? The whole thing felt ghetto, sorry. I ended up going to another salon and paying to get them removed and got a new set with mink lashes and they came out beautiful. Wish I would've taken before and after pics. Needless to say, I won't be back. And the owner should seriously re train that girl and teach her some customer service and monitor the music she's playing while guests are there. read more

If you want top customer service, this is not the beauty studio for you. All appointments must be made online. I thought I had scheduled an expensive microblading appt. but found out the day before( booked 4 months in advance) That my appt did not go through. Spoke to the owner who basically said it was my fault, which it possibly was, but she made NO effort to help me reschedule. She couldn't schedule an appt over the phone because they don't do that. What?? You would have thought she might want to win over my business but obviously they must be so busy during Covid times that they can pass on my business as well as future business of mine and referrals. Helping out the customer is customer service 101. You might have the technical skills for creating nice eyebrows, but by not having personalized basic customer service know how and respect, you'll never get my business. read more

The actual execution of services is satisfactory, but they really need to elevate their customer service. Having technicians sitting around on their cell phones and even constantly texting during an appointment is not acceptable for a service provider. Customers go to a salon to feel pampered not feel like an intrusion on the staff's social life. A bit more professionalism will go a long way to retaining repeat customers. read more

I had an awful experience at this salon. First time I was turned away due to a minor medical condition. It took 6 weeks to get another appointment. The second appointment was cancelled with no explanation. There was no effort to make the situation better. They just turned away a new client so easily.
