She took the time to ask me about my skin regime and explain the different products she was using, I truly was glowing after visiting her. The facilities were immaculate. The service was attentive and made me feel like I was the only client there. I was impressed with all the great beauty lines GLOW carries including Smashbox, Peter thomas Roth, Bare minerals, and Mario Badescu. I am sure there were more but that is what I remember. I saw Nicole for the first time today and she did a beautiful job with my lashes! I will update my review if I go in for a tan. Nicole was very kind and accommodating. She is clearly knowledgeable, and makes an effort to keep the space comfortable and relaxing. She has a very sweet dog who sits quietly the whole time, and it was a treat to meet her. Nicole was able to accommodate me even though my booking was done the night before, and I was so glad to have the opportunity to get my lashes done by her! UPDATE (2/2017) I have now been for a tan and I loved it. I did the rapid organic tan. I can't believe I've never done this before. It's amazing for two reasons: 1. You can shower after two hours. That's right... no more trying to go 24 hours without letting your body touch your sheets or your clothes or another person. 2. It smells seriously great going on. It does have that "spray tan smell" over the next couple of days, but it's so mild. I work in an office where I know they would tease me relentlessly if they noticed I had gotten a spray tan (hi guys ). I think for the first two days it was pretty noticeable (not orange or anything, just mysterious for February), but by the third day I looked perfectly sun kissed. The color stuck around beautifully for a full week and I still have a kiss of it two weeks later.

I contacted her last minute for a spray tan and though her weekly schedule was packed she squeezed me in on her day off! (Could you believe that?!) She didn't use it as an excuse to speed up the process. She was informative, thorough, and patient. A chemist at work, she took the time to find the right cocktail color for what I was after and a few days later I'm happy to say it is beautiful. I have had so many compliments and I can't wait to recommend her to all my friends. She even followed up to see about post tan care and if I was happy. Thank you Nicole, I am very happy!

Her shop is located in the Phenix salon suites (go right past the front desk and immediately take a left, she's at the end of the hall on the left). Her space is well maintained and she is nice but the five stars are for the extremely (and I mean *meticulous*) thorough Brazilian wax she gave me. I am not a stranger to waxing as I have done it for at least a decade, but she made sure no hair was left behind, using hard wax and then strips to ensure my happiness. I was thoroughly impressed. I prefer sugaring but I didn't have any of the skin rawness that sometimes happens with rushed jobs. She is on par with other waxers in the area like Tommy's. I highly recommend her.

It was easy to get an appointment at this place online through google. I don't come to this area of Universal Drive that often so was not very familiar with the place and google map led me to the other side of the road and it took 4-5 minutes for me to figure out where exactly the location was. Upon entering the main entrance, there was a receptionist who helped me find the salon as there are a few salons/stores inside the building. I think they all charge a bit higher than other local salons. The place itself was super clean and I was in and out in no time. The salon is more like a small room with just one person working and she can accommodate only one customer at a time. When it comes to the service and the overall waxing experience, I found it pretty average, and would say I have got better services for much cheaper price.
