She clearly was unsure of what she was doing and kept going over and over and over with the dremel and repeating the process at least 4 times. My nail beds were burning and had to stop a couple times due to the gel she used WTF! I had planned to stay for a massage but was so anxious and annoyed, I just wanted to get out of there. I had taken friends to airport at 4am and was so tired. So disappointing.
