I wanted to have a neck lift with Dr Pan and I even had my neck measured to wear after the procedure. It was all set. I had high hopes that my neck would be smooth. We she changed her mind, no explanation she made me have cool sculpting and then ultheraphy ! Well $4,800 later no change and was so disappointed in this. She said I could continue with these procedures but it would cost me more money and I didn't have enough to continue. I went here for laser hair removal. Stephanie was my technician, and she was just outstanding. Very conscientious to my comfort and explained everything (risks, what to expect, how it works, etc). Convenient appointment times. They were never pushy about how many sessions to get or trying to upsell other products or services. All in all, a nice Med Spa. Dr Pan did my breast augmentation. She has the most amazing bedside manner and caring demeanor. She actually held my hand in the OR until I fell asleep. I am so pleased with the results, with her as a surgeon and with the practice in general. I made an appointment with this boutique studio once I read all the fabulous reviews online and ended up purchasing a set of three chemical peels. During my first visit, it was clear my aesthetician was very knowledgeable and attentive to my skin concerns. The reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is due to a customer service hiccup wherein I waited more than 30 minutes after my appointment time to get attended. Dr. Pan is wonderful. I had many consults before choosing a surgeon so I've really seen the differences in surgeons and their practices. Dr. Pan connected with me in a different way (she was also the only female surgeon I consulted with). She listened and really understood what I was saying. I paid $700+ dollars for the Cool Sculpting procedure on belly fat. I was told I would see results after 3 months, and the procedure would reduce the fat by 30%. I didn't increase my fat or caloric intake. I haven't seen any noticeable results. For me, it was a waste of money :-( read more

I went to Dr. Pan about 10 years ago for lip injections and botox. I remember how professional and conservative Dr. Pan was and she made me feel very comfortable. I love my new boobies! I saw Dr. Pan for a breast reduction and she exceeded my expectations. She is very professional and has a great bedside manner. I saw a couple of other plastic surgeons first, and I can honestly say, she was the most kind and understanding doctor around. She does not explain things to you in doctor talk, but people talk. I also had the pleasure of seeing her partner, Dr. Davilla, when she was on vacation and for an overreaction post op. He was just as fun! Both acted like human beings! I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Pan just over week ago. I had previously written a review about having difficulty with some of the scheduling which did get me a bit emotional however everything was resolved and the office was very helpful in resolving some issues I had with an inappropriate administrative member at Temple Surgical Center. I realize I've painted myself as a real diva but I promise I'm relatively tolerable. Anyway, the only thing I could possibly complain about is that it's sometimes difficult to remember to follow the post op instructions because I feel so great. I don't feel like I had surgery, I don't feel like a recovering person. After leaving the PACU, I went (briefly) to the grocery store with my friend and the next day was up and walking and barely taking meds. I took 3 of the pain pills she gave me. Still taking the muscle relaxants at night as instructed but definitely wouldn't otherwise. I had the benefit of watching Dr. Pan operate before I chose her (bc I happen to work in the OR) and she truly has masterful skill. She's efficient but meticulous and every movement just flows from her so naturally. And I suspect thats why I barely notice I've been operated on (aside from the obvious addition of implants). Aesthetically, I'm so pleased. It's exactly what I wanted and I think with time that will only get better. read more
