I highly recommend using this shop! A lady hit my bumper while I was parked in a parking lot and the shop went above and beyond in all ways. They were very patient with my car taking up one of their bays because her insurance was being very slow to do the inspection. I arrived and my bumper looked brand new! I started asking them about their favorite detailing shop and the owner stopped me and said he already detailed it! And he even polished my hazy yellow headlamps and they are now crystal clear. Went to Studio Autoworks because of yelp. Upon arriving, I was immediately met with a friendly face and an offer of coffee or water. I brought the parts for a Timing belt change, and spark plug change, and a few other things I needed checked. After explaining what I needed done, I was driven to my job down the street. That was great in itself. After that I received a call from Harry, the owner. He talked me through what was needed for my vehicle beyond the parts I had already brought in. He called around and found the Gearbox I needed for my truck, as my old one was leaking fluid, an issue I was aware of. Told me service would most likely be completed the next day. The service and extra part came out to about what I expected. Never felt hustled or pressured. There was steady communication between Harry and myself, as he called me to give me part and service prices and to let me know when the vehicle would be complete. The next afternoon, the same driver was sent to pick me up from work and I was greeted by the employees washing down my truck and taking care of little things for me that they totally didn't have to, like using some automotive bonding to fasten a part on my hood back flush...for free.
