Great experience. My mom got into a car accident and she got her cars bumper smashed in. The adjuster wanted to come to my house to inspect the car. In the past, I had adjuster look at my cars and they gave a low estimate. Which makes the process longer. So I called Galust, at RED LINE AUTO BODY. He told me don't have the adjuster come to your house bring it here, so they won't give a low estimate. So I did take it in. Had the adjuster look at it over there. Just to let you know looking at the car it didn't look so bad, When they opened and looked on the parts that was broken. I was convinced that nobody should have an adjuster look at your car at home. Some guy rearended me and so I was referred to Red Line Body Shop. Mr. Galoost, the owner of the body shop, was extremly kind, caring, knowledgable and professional. He made me feel at ease after the terrible accident. He and his wife both are the nicest people you'd meet in this business.
