I came here because my usual nail tech was booked, and I've had good experiences with Vincent in the past! However, he was let go recently. The environment the employees provide is not welcoming whatsoever. I asked my nail tech to fix two nails which I saw her cut off too much from, and she refused to fix it until she finished my full set. She proceeded to tell me it looks weird because my finger is crooked! How ridiculous! I've had full sets which looked amazing, so I know for a fact it's not an issue with me! When she finally fixed my nails, they still didn't match the rest. I persisted in asking her again to just file it down more to match. Considering the high prices they charge, I want a result I'm happy with! She shook her head in disbelief when I asked again. She proceeded to be extremely rude for the duration of the appointment. I wouldn't recommend this studio as you can definitely get a better full set for a lower price at nearby places. read more

It's clean and beautiful but they don't like it when you have requests. The woman who did my nails got so annoyed when I told her that I prefer my nails to be filed rather than cut. I accidentally smudged one of my nails and she seemed so bothered when I asked her to fix it. My nails looked beautiful when I left but they're already chipping after two days. I went to this salon for the first time about 6 weeks ago in a search for somewhere to consistently get my acrylics filled. I got a full set the first time and I have had two fills since then. Each time I have had a different technician and have been so pleased with each of them! It is the only place I have been to that has a variety of shape examples for your acrylics. I am new to the area and really wanted to find a clean, modern salon. I ended up giving it a try this morning. The nail salon is clean, relaxing, and my technician was great! I got a pedicure with the citrus salts and a manicure. For the pedicure, each new foot bath receives their own plastic cover-making me feel at ease in terms of cleanliness. My technician took her time and gave a nice foot massage with the pedicure. Overall, I was super pleased! Prices are super reasonable-$55 for a specialty pedicure & regular manicure. Do not waste your money!!! I would give zero if I could! First time here. Went for no chip mani/pedi.Spent $65 plus $10 tip in two 2 different people. I was multitasking during pedi and didn't pay attention to the lady. After I left the salon, I noticed my feet had not been scrubbed well at all!! I could still feel and SEE all the rough spots!! Next day, colleagues commented on my my nice manicure but said my pedi was "eesh not great at all..cuticles are not good". Went back to salon to show them the work they had done and the OWNER was there and you would think she would care and make her customers happy after spending $75 at her business! She made excuses and said oh thats because you need to put lotion on your feet and showed me her scaly feet to show as if that was normal?! She was not apologetic or accommodating at all at the lack luster pedicure. She clearly did not care about her customers...or at least new ones? I am not going back and just told my friends not to go. I am not a big mani/pedi girl but when I get one it better be worth my money...and people better appreciate my business. Was able to get a same-day appointment (on a Tuesday) for a mani-pedi. The pedicure chairs are very nice and they use a plastic liner and wear gloves. Hot towels for the lower leg and hands. The ladies were very nice and everyone smiled. The most inexpensive pedicure was $30 which is double what I'm used to paying in California. Their furniture is fancy with built in fans and UV lights. My French manicure isn't the best, but I am hopeful that it will last at least two weeks, three if I'm careful. We'll see. read more

I went in for a pedicure. Service was great, my pedicure was beyond relaxing. I will be back for pedicures when I'm in the area. The prices are very reasonable. My only complaint (which is why I'm giving it 4 stars) is that I can't come here for a non-chip manicure because they don't carry OPI non-chip polish. read more

I was excited to have a new nail salon open so close to home. I got a pedicure and a no chip mani. The woman did a nice job on my feet and toes. Then I was taken to another lady who did my no chip. She didn't introduce herself so I have no idea what her name is. But it's only a week later and my no chip is peeling and chipping. I will have to crawl back to my old salon and get them redone. First off let me say that if I could give no stars I would. While the salon itself is nice I would never return. The people working there apparently think it's alright to lecture a CUSTOMER all because they choose to bring in their own no-chip nail polish. I understand that certain nail polishes that say they are no chip, chip. Regardless that should not mean that throughout the whole time that my nails are being done to lecture me on my choice of no chip. As a customer it is my choice and shouldn't be lectured on it. My experience: The daughter of the owner scolded me relentlessly for breaking two of my nails. (I had been working on projects on my house when they broke.) I literally had to tell her to "stop". I did not ask to have my nails repaired on their dime. I did not complain about my nails either. I just wanted to have them done. I'm not interested in paying to be treated this way. I will NOT be returning to this establishment. There are plenty of good nail salons out there, and there was nothing spectacular about the job they did. I have been to this nail salon a few times for a mani-pedi. They do a good job on the no chip pedicure and manicure. However, the last two times I was cut by the cuticle trimmer when receiving a pedicure. I think it can be hit or miss based on the nail technician you get. I have been coming here for a long time now. The last time I was there Holly did my no chip and boy oh boy did she rush because she had someone waiting for her. I had to come home and clean my own cuticles. If I reconsider coming back will make sure its someone else. They are not cheap either. read more

The worst experience! I was getting a pedicure and holly decided to do my nails as well she was in a hurry and ruined my nails some were short some long some on an angle and some round and some squared. When I asked her nicely to please just wait until my pedicure was done she starting speaking in her language, and laughed at me. This place is amazing. For an OCD clean freak like myself it is my dream to go to a place like this. They use a new nail file and buffer on every person along with putting plastic bags inside the pedicure tubs for every customer to avoid contamination. They are super nice but super busy. It's 12:15 and I had an appointment at 12 but still haven't been seen. It's not their fault and I understand not wanting to turn down customers in reserve for a spot of an appointment that may not show up, and it is NYE. I just think there could be better planning, but, they're a new place so they'll get the hang of it. I loved this place when it first opened and saw Michelle regularly over 2 years and referred many, many people. The problem is, once you are established they no longer feel they need to maintain standards. You make an appointment with Michelle, then you come in and they try to give you to someone else, less qualified, a typical bait & switch. I could not make an appointment for over 2 weeks because she keeps taking on new customers instead of focusing on the regulars she already has. It was very disappointing to say the least. It is very pricey and if they are in a hurry, they forget you are paying for the upper tier pedicure etc and try to rush you, not giving you a full spa treatment, yet charging the same "spa" price. I gave it 2 stars because they are clean and I like the work, only Michelle did. It was annoying and that she keeps stopping to answer the phone. This place started strong but lost steam. Along with myself, the people I have referred already found another, more accommodating venue. Treat your long-term customers better! That is why you were successful in the beginning. read more

After having a manicure pedicure I contacted Kenney, the owner, wanting to tell him how unsatisfied I was with the services I received. I choose the middle pedicure $40 the tech did a horrible job. Kenney offered to fix the problems asking me to come Friday - I could not, Saturday - I could not, then he said come in Sunday we will fix it. This seemed fair until I went in Sunday and Kenney said to come back in 2 hours they were busy - Now I must come back a 3rd time for a service that should have been done the first time? At this point I told them I felt a credit or discounted service should be offered $66 is a lot of money! Kenney said the owner does not allow that - HE IS THE OWNER. Then he said he told me to call first - HE DID NOT. So $66 later and horrible customer service - an expensive lesson. I have had better manicure/pedicures for half the price. This was not my first time there - but it is surely my last. read more
