I saw Jen for a brow lamination and wow wow wow. It's so evident that she knows her stuff. I've only had my brows laminated once prior and this experience was leaps and bounds better! Charged $350 no show after being a client for almost 2 years spending $300-500/mon and on time 90% of the time within 15min grace period. This was during COVID too when they had little business. The Manager (Andrea) sent a terrible reply when I asked for refund or store credit to use at future appointments. She said she saw me arrive late (I confirmed, I was late & apologized.) Late isn't the issue. It's how they treated me for being late -- My hairdresser Manzo didn't event text or call me (we have texted before) to see if I was coming. He marked me NO SHOW and waved it off, and when I asked if he could talk to manager about the NO SHOW fee, he did not reply. I finally emailed manager and got this long message. Interpret however -- but I do not recommend working with Manzo or this Manager (Andrea) at the salon if this is how they treat recurring high spend clients. I was offered a partial refund but they reply is what sucked, and the fact that they don't understand long term CLTV (lifetime value), especially since I visit a lot and refer! Note: I did text and call earlier (no reply) that I was running late with an interview & if later could work. Since I'm usually the last person in his day and often take the 4 or 5pm slot. I did my best to give them heads up as I knew it was a rare situation but they honestly had terrible responses which surprised me given precious great experiences! read more

After reading all 30+ RAVING (no joke) reviews, I knew I needed to find out where he currently was working. So I began my online hunt. I'm so happy I found him! Today was my first time cutting with him and I don't think I'll have anyone else touch my hair from here on out. I came in with very long, thick, bushy, flat, drab hair and had no clue what haircut I wanted. He spent a good amount time consulting me and offered his expert opinion on what would look good. I came out looking and feeling fresher, younger and more modern. Adam is so precise, meticulous, and has an amazing artistic eye. I am for sure coming back and bringing my mom with me too! I have been going to Structure Salon for 2 years. I discovered it through my dermatologist. Her hair always looks amazing (style, color, everything ! ). I see Manzo for my hair cut and have never had a better cut EVER than by him! Plus it's just a treat to sit and enjoy the shampoo, cut and style along w/ chatting w/ this great guy! I have since have added color service at Structure and I see Jonathon. Again, the best colorist that I have gone to and his shampoos are amazing. Also, the decor and vibe at the salon is great! This 5 star review is partially for the salon but mostly for Ryan. The salon is bright, airy, and very clean. The shampoo sinks are nicely padded and they play fun music in Structure. But really, let's get to the important part here - Ryan. After seeing him once I was already set to cry at the thought of him moving away from Seattle - I have not had a haircut that was that good in many years. And after seeing him again today? I am convinced that he is a genius. He is kind, talented, very well trained, and if you have curly hair, do not even hesitate for one second to book with him. It's especially rare that I walk out of the salon and don't need to fix my hair but right now it looks better than I've ever seen it. This review is for the Queen of Brows, Jen! I started coming to Jen with my unruly brows about five years ago, and followed her here to Structure Salon! Jen is an expert and perfectionist when it comes to brows. If you keep seeing her repeatedly, your brows will improve over time. No one else ever touches my eyebrows, including me! I wouldn't trust anyone else. For a brief time I was living far away from Seattle, so I stopped seeing Jen and went to a threading place. It was a most regrettable beauty mistake, and reaffirmed to me that I can trust no one else but Jen! Luckily, I moved to Seattle and Jen was able to massively improve my brows in the months approaching my wedding. Structure Salon is a beautiful location to visit for my monthly brow shaping. The rest of the staff is friendly, and I get the sense that their hair stylists have wonderful rapport with their clients. I also enjoy the decor, tea, and music at the salon. I arrived approx at 12:30 for my 12:45 pm appt. with Geraldine. At 1:01 pm no one had bothered to come to the waiting area to say "Hey, I'm running a bit late or apologize for having me wait. If I had been 15-20 minutes late, I probably would have either been cancelled or services cut short. If a hairstylist is running behind I can understand but for the hairstylist to fail to communicate to their customer and show a complete lack of consideration for the customer's time is unacceptable. Clearly, taking 30 seconds to walk over or have another team member update the customer with the status is not too difficult to accomplish. This salon lost a new client because if they show so little disregard at the beginning, it isn't going to change in the future. I would never have been 15-20 minutes late and if I was running late, I would have the common courtesy to communicate with the person waiting on me. This place is great for many reasons. They do great hair, they love dogs, and they're just fantastic people. I see Adam for my cut and Jory for my highlights and they both do a fantastic job! Having moved to Seattle just this year, it was a great relief to find new stylists! They also make great recommendations, which i like. But, on top of that they're also awesome humans. They have both told me humbling stories of how they have volunteered or just done nice things to help the community. And everyone else in the salon is just like them. Wish I could comment on the actual service. Instead, I'm writing a review regarding the [lack of] greeting I received when I walked in. I'm going to keep it as classy as possible. I walked in, after passing by from my lunch break - my office is in the building next to the shop. The Miss at the front was occupied on her cell phone as I walked in. I gave a her smile and said "hello, how are you?". She looks up and just stares at me, as if I just spoke broken English to her. I proceeded to ask how much it would cost for a cut. She: "uh well, each stylist charges a different price". Me: "mmhmm, ok". She: "but a cut would start out at $80". She said this, as if it was out of my range and I shouldn't bother. So I asked if she has a business card. She looks around the area as if they were somewhere around, but eventually could not find ANY. "I just can't find any at all, but you can go online and look us up and even see each stylist's profile...." I asked the name of the salon because it was not visible from where I was standing and she says: "Structure Salon with an "S" ...oh the "S" is for Seattle". Yes y'all, just like that!
