Do NOT go to StretchLab in Coppell. I told them I wasn't coming yet they continue to bill me and refuse to adjust their fraudulent charges

Tried to cancel my membership and get refunded the $329 for the month of August 2024 due to life…read moreevents and won't be able to use their services for the time being. Unfortunately if you don't give them a 31 day notice that you want to cancel, you will have a better chance of getting struck by lightning or winning the lottery than getting your refund. HORRIBLE policy and EVEN WORSE customer service!!! There are situations that YOU SHOULD make exceptions for...that's how you maintain customers and leave an impression of them wanting to come back. Instead they decided to steal $329 of my hard earned money possibly gone and for nothing. That's theft. I don't care how you spin it. Will make sure this review goes everywhere I can post/send it.

They provided a personalized stretch assistant in each session. Although the available locations are too far of a drive for me to go to on a regular basis, I would highly recommend this place to anyone that lived fairly close!

10000x yes - I would recommend this spot…read more I've tried out StretchLab in several of their pop ups at local gyms/grand openings/fitness festivals and have always felt better when meeting with their flexologists. I took the plunge and started coming to the Frisco location and have worked with Elisa, and I wish I started sooner, It's crazy how much a difference it makes when someone else (who knows exactly what they're doing) stretches you. I have less pain, I sleep better, and I'm incredibly motivated to move more because I feel so good. Elisa is wonderful! Easy to talk to, explains everything in detail, and really knows how to target my trouble spots. Her method is educational and easy to digest, in addition to the fact that she listens to my complaints and even helps with working the 'support' muscles, and in the short time I've worked with her 1:1 it's been such a great time. Highly highly recommend!

I saw an ad for club pilates and decided to give it a try. Pros: 1. The reformer. I've used this before and I just like it. 2. It's a good variety with TRX, the reformer, even barre work. 3. You don't wear shoes but need grippy socks. They conveniently have a ton for sale and almost everyone in my class had to buy them. BRING GRIPPY SOCKS OR YOU PAY $13 FOR SOCKS. Cons: 1. Intro class is only 30 minutes. Felt cheated of a full workout. 2. No opportunity to discuss limitations with instructor prior as we jumped right into it after last class. 3. I couldn't hear a thing for the first half of class due to talking up front. The studio isn't really separate from the front desk. 4. Cost. Drop in is $29. 4/month is $99. Unlimited is $199/mo. They have some specials going on that reduce your rate for a couple of months...these are the regular prices. Front desk indicated all classes are waitlisted right now (not sure what she was trying to sell by saying that) I wouldn't mind returning if classes were any cheaper for drop ins or 4/mo, they invest in a mic, and add music.
