There's also a 6 month commitment after signing up. Since I can't skip I don't want to waste my money so I asked to cancel my membership. They told me it's a $200 fee because my membership automatically renewed.... I just hit my 6 month mark.... Honestly just money hungry people that lock you in to a membership and would rather you infect their studio with Covid than help you out and let you skip a month. Just find another studio. Edit: I woke up this morning to a $200 fraudulent charge from the hook on my account after leaving this review. I also left this same review on google and they responded with pure lies trying to save their image. They said my membership renewed 3 months ago which is not true. My membership is set to renew this month in a few days and they refuse to cancel without the $200 fee. This company acts like they are women supporting women but all they do is promote body dysmorphia and steal your money. I leave each class feeling like I worked hard and got a lot out of it. The class schedule is designed to work certain muscle groups, which I really like. Ruthie Cooper, Lead General Manager, also stated that as of May 22, the courts will be reserved for Summer Camp from 7am to 6pm daily, plus a 15-minute grace period, further limiting member access. The courts themselves are often poorly maintained and not cleaned to the standard expected from a premium club. Many long-time basketball members have voiced concerns, but access continues to shrink despite strong and consistent participation. While local staff have been professional in communication, the overall handling of basketball member needs has been disappointing and does not reflect the experience many of us believed we were paying for.
