A Box where a Powerlifter felt welcomed!…read more There is no secret that Crossfit Gyms have the best equipment in all of fitness: near infinite squat racks, great barbells, organized plates, chalk galore, and full permission to scream and drop weights. Not only do they have daily Open Gym in the afternoons BUT they have Daily and Monthly fees for Open Gym. I come into DFW at least once a month and this Gym is just perfect. I was able to Deadlift, Overhead Press, and Kroc Row to my heart's content. (No machines but machines suck for me.) Billie made me feel welcomed and was so extremely helpful. Moreso than that, this gym is so clean! Showers are great! Bathrooms are great! If you are a Crossfitter, there is no better gym I have found. If you lift or trying to look like you lift and can lift in the afternoons, check this place out!
