Terri and Patrick (owners) are so warm and welcoming regardless of whether it's your first class or your 100th+ class. They work hard to make the studio a fun, family-like atmosphere and it shows. They hire the best and most knowledgeable instructors, each of whom bring her own spin to class. All instructors welcome questions and are willing to assist you in making the most of your pilates practice. The only negative is if I go to book a class and it's full!!! And that's a negative for me, not for them! Fortunately, Thrive is adding more classes to evenings and weekends so there's a time for everybody.
