The employees are hired for nose rings and wild colored hair and not for doing their job or experience. You pay 220 a month and all they do is hijack you for more money all the time. They double dip once they sell you a membership with lots of features and then they rent out those features and amenities to people that pay more, so you can't use what they sold the membership as, a classic bait and switch. The pool is great but you can only use when they are not reserving it for private use and lessons. The pickleball courts are great but you can only use them when they are renting them out for lessons, leagues and other money making events. I always feel like a sheep waiting to get fleeced by the employees trying to make quota on revenues. Buy this supplement, take this class, buy this lesson, try then drink, smh. They create an adversarial relationship with their so called "guest" by using them and not appreciating them. You are not a valued customer, you are "Mark" that has been lured in with fast talk so they can get access to your wallet. Once they get your membership, they could care less about your experience and use of facilities, now they want money to buy the use. Seemed fair and clear enough. Long after my 3 month commitment, I tried cancelling my membership a week before it was supposed to renew, and they told me I would be billed again. They said it was in their sign up waver that you need to provide 30 day written notice from when you want your account to be inactive. I tried explaining my sign up experience and how I wasn't told about this policy and was led to believe I could cancel at any time after my three month commitment. They said they normally do tell people about this policy and that it's standard for boutique gyms. Aren't boutique gyms supposed to provide better care and customer service? Unfortunately, just one week later I had an emergency appendectomy, so we froze our membership. Three months after that, I needed back surgery--and this time, they refused to freeze it. Instead, they told us to quit because it "wasn't worth" paying $25 a month to hold the membership. We were still charged for the following month and lost all of those classes. On top of that, even when we tried to book classes, most were already full, making it extremely difficult to use the membership we were paying for. One of our very first classes was accidentally booked as one of the hardest levels. We didn't know, and no one guided us. Instead of supporting us, the instructor called me out in front of everyone, embarrassed me, and then went to the front desk to yell at the staff member--again, in front of my husband and other clients. This studio is not about helping people--they're all about money. Between the lack of compassion, unprofessional behavior, and the difficulty of even getting into classes, this was a deeply disappointing experience.

I would say "boot camp" scared me at first, but this group is go on your own pace no pressure but motivation. Love our trainers Kevin and Jessie they keep the workout fun, exciting and you never know what it would be next time you come back. Cant say enough how happy I am we found Camp Gladiator!
