The facility has been updated very nicely with all new equipment, a dedicated personal training area, racquetball courts, spin classes, and a new Pilates section. The new lockers and great sauna refresh were also a great improvement. My only real disappointment is that I wish more attention had been given to the men's locker room during the remodel process. On my visit today, there were two broken showers, a lot of mildew in much of the tile grout and on the shower curtains, two toilet stalls out of order, and the hot tub was not functioning. I genuinely appreciate the investment made into the club, and overall the remodel was a big improvement. I just hope cleanliness and maintenance continue to be a focus moving forward, especially with so many fitness options now available in the Las Colinas area.

Despite my efforts to communicate and seek resolution over the past six months, Elevate Fitness has yet to acknowledge or take responsibility for the series of unfortunate events that led to this termination. Allowing Elevate Fitness to operate within Fitness Connection gyms without addressing customer concerns adequately, reflects poorly on both establishments. As a paying customer, I expected the basic courtesy of timeliness and consistency in scheduled sessions from the assigned trainer, which unfortunately was not met. There were repeated instances of lateness and even no-shows without prior notice I clearly outlined the reasons for the early termination - the failure of Elevate Fitness to fulfill their end of the agreement by providing a competent and reliable trainer at the designated time. This failure was not due to any actions or decisions on my part but was a direct result of Elevate Fitness's inability to uphold their commitment to me as a customer. I was paying $600 per month and was miserably let down. It is disheartening to witness a company prioritize greed over customer service and satisfaction. By choosing to ignore my requests for reimbursement of the $1020 early termination fee, Elevate Fitness has demonstrated a blatant disregard for customer care and integrity in their business practices. The financial burden placed on me due to Elevate Fitness's failure to provide a satisfactory service is unjust and unwarranted. It is my hope that this message serves as a catalyst for change within Elevate Fitness and prompts a reevaluation of their customer service practices. By taking responsibility for their actions and addressing customer grievances promptly and fairly, Elevate Fitness can regain the trust and respect of their clientele and strive towards a more ethical and customer-centric approach to business.

After the introduction class I attempted to sign up and was told a manager was required to complete my registration. I left a note and my information for the manager to reach out the next day. I didn't hear from them. I reached out via text on the same number I previously used to arrange the intro class, no response. I called 2 times a day over the next 2 weeks and no response. I finally received an email response, at 10:30pm from the GM on July 31st stating she would call me the next day at 5pm. I replied at 10:45 agreeing to the time and that call never came on August 1st. I made my final call attempt today and have decided to try the Coppell or Addison locations. This is perhaps the most unprofessional member experience I have had in years.

Good assortment of weight training machines, racks, and free weights. I do wish there was some more room in the free weight/rack area though. There's also a cross fit style open room, but sometimes there are group fitness classes taking up that space. Most of the time the gym equipment is pretty open. Between 5 & 7 or so is the most traffic.

I received a lovely message from "Aaron" inviting me to tour the facility and to enjoy a five day trial membership. Today is 9/6, the trial would end on 9/9. I went in today for the tour, I did not call ahead. The person at the front desk asked for my ID, then asked, "Do you live in California?" I said yes. I was then informed the trial membership only applies to local residents. The trial had three days left. If I missed the small print stating that, then my bad. But if not, 24 Hour Fitness Valley Ranch can kiss my a-buh suga suga! IYKYK. I'm looking for a gym for when I'm in town. I come to Irving often and without giving me a chance, you just shut me down. They offer hot and (not so hot) yoga, HIIT, and even fun special classes throughout the month. I have continued to go to Sunstone for so long because it has become a place that I love to go. For me it isn't something I have to do but I want to go do. The instructors are all great and friendly. There is showers in the locker room if you would like to shower after a class. Try this studio (or any of their others) out if you want to try something different. I have been to a lot of studios and keep coming back here. There's no doubt it is my favorite spot to workout.

Most students are NOT looking to go into competition, most of us are looking to get into shape, develop a good foundation and can take care of ourselves in a pinch. However, there are several students that actually compete (and mostly all WIN). I joined this gym because NO ONE (including myself) could imagine going to a boxing / mma gym and train...... Here I am.... 6 months later and not only feel better, but amazed with my growth...
