The stretch area was spacious and consisted of four modern black therapy tables. The stretch therapist Keith introduced himself asked a few brief questions. Keith inquired what type of music genre would be appreciated and assorted 80s rock began playing as he went to work on my destroyed old body. Taking into consideration my few injuries, Keith applied enough force for my comfort zone with a directed goal to still achieve a good result. Thirty minutes flew by and felt relaxed and more flexible. Had a secondary meeting to discuss monetary sessions and extended memberships, which are usually awkward since its still a sales pitch. Stretch Zone is a scam. They do not care about your health or your well-being. The only thing they care about is how much money they can squeeze out of you, even if it means preying on the elderly and vulnerable. My mom went in for the free session they advertise. She is older and does not speak English well since her first language is Romanian. Instead of respecting that, they tricked her into a $99 membership she never agreed to. She was charged three times before they finally stopped, and only after she physically went in person because the email to cancel did not even work. We are still waiting on a refund. If you look at the other reviews, you will see this is very common. They are not doing anything to fix it because this is not an accident. They are stubborn and have a system where they know exactly what to say and do to get away with it, but it will not last long. I will not stop until we get our refund. read more

I've been going to this place for close to two years and the stretch that I get there are so great I feel so energized every time I leave that place. I work on the computer close to 40 hours a week and doing the stretches is exactly what I need. Their staff is friendly and funny and after a while you get to know them. I recommended this place to all of my co-workers who work on computers for long hours. They strap you onto the table and push your stretching limits. I never had any major issues except once in awhile we have to reschedule things at the last minute. But they always call you and give you the option. For those who are scared because of the virus, do not be worried. They are on top of their game all of the agents have masks and they sanitize the table in front of you. And there's multiple hand sanitizers. When I started going I could barely touch my toes and now with all the stretching I can touch the bottom of my feet. Went to Stretch Zone for my first 20min stretch session and lemme tell you...it was sooo amazing! Elliott did such a good job. Although it was only lower body I felt entirely relaxed afterwards. I finally made an appointment. So, Stretch Zone is an assistant stretch done for you. These are stretches you can't do yourself. I had back surgery four years ago, my body went through a lot. I lost flexibility, mobility and gained weight. I was concerned, ok afraid, to do anything that might hurt my back again. The trainers went over my concerns and we got started that day. I showed up today for my "free" offer to try their service. Masks are required as stated on the door. I walked in and proceeded to the desk. The gentleman WAS NOT wearing a mask, it was laying on the desk beside him. He proceeded to get up to take my temperature and ask me to fill out the paperwork. I filled the paperwork out using my own pen. While I was sitting waiting, another employee walked in with his mask dangling from his ear. The original gentleman came back to the front to get me, again NOT WEARING a mask. When I asked him about it he said oh I have it here; still not putting it on. I then proceeded to say "You didn't have it on when I came in." His answer "I was on the phone." No you weren't if you were talking to me and taking my temperature. Don't flat out lie to me, still talking to me without your mask. The sign on the door clearly states MASKS REQUIRED. It didn't say, patrons are required and employees are exempt. Don't play me for a fool. I work in a hospital every day. I WEAR A MASK and if I don't catch it where I work, I definitely do not want to chance it at this place due to the stupidity of the staff. How do I know they really even sanitize the place when the employees are so lax about the mask policy. I proceeded to leave. I'm absolutely blown away by the business practice of stretch zone. First of all high power sale tactics totally uncomfortable for the consumer. They want you to make a decision on the spot they don't want you to leave and think about it. And once they feel they might not have a chance with you, you are treated like a criminal. They went as far as not honoring a Groupon that I had paid for unless I joined there over price plans. Stay away from this place you can do this at home. STRETCH ZONE What a different new management can do to a business. I was contacted by them and I thought I would give them another shot. Professional, stress free and an honest approach. This time around I got more of an education than pushed into a contract. I felt that they care more about my issues than my money.
