I love this Gym They have friendly staff and a whole lot of new equipment, I really feel comfortable working out here, machines are always available and they offer free clases such as Yoga, Pilates and spinning. I been a member for 3 years now and I would never go back to 24 hour fitness or la fitness this gym is so much better. They are open 24 hours a day which is a must for me because sometimes I can't sleep and I can go in to do something productive with my time. read more

Everyone that used to work there got let go. The new ownership is the worst thing that could happen to this gym. They're trying to make it "young and hip" but honestly I'm 23 and they're just rude. Nothing young or hip about it. read more

I have been a member of the gym for one year now and I have nothing to say but positive things. The classes are very very good. Monday class at 5:00 pm is called Power Rounds and WOW! This is truly a great and intense workout. Great instructor. The Pilates class is also very good. The place is clean and they are very nice. read more

Not to bad. Visited the gym this Friday and it was clean and it was a nice facility. The only down fall is the parking spots are tiny and narrow Aisle and have a dent in my car. read more

Best place for fitness !!! Does not get crowded. Easy transition to the next equipment. Team 1440 is amazing and very supportive in reaching your goal. Can't hurt to try it out. :) read more

Great gym! Has everything I want/need and then some. I love the outdoor workout area. Bathrooms and gym are clean for the most part. Staff is friendly. I highly recommend. read more

Great place to workout and focus just on that!! I had a misunderstanding with a customer amd managment handle it very professional and courteous. Beside that place is clean and machines and practcally new. Thank you Mike read more

The U.S. Military has placed me all around the world and, although it covers gyms on base, I can confidently state that Fitness 1440 is one of the best private gyms out there. The place is immaculate, the people are professional, and the equipment is clean and in good working order. I highly recommend this gym. Keep up the great work Fitness1440! read more

I've been a member since the gym was JustFit..almost 10 years. Mike and Jillian single-handedly ruined this gym. They came in and immediately raised prices, removed all the great fitness classes, fired all of the amazing trainers, stopped running all of the other great amenities the gym had to offer only to not be able to pay rent and eventually close. This bs about masks mandates that got Mike arrested 3 times was an unnecessary stunt that only wasted everyone's time and money. Apparently, this whole situation wasn't as sudden as they'd like members to believe. It's pathetic that they want people to believe the county is out to get them, when in reality they just ruined their own business. Sad to have the gym close but glad they aren't in the picture anymore. Their gofundme is asking for $600k sitting with only $100...so much for their "supporters." Hopefully, competent owners come through soon and when they do I'll be back. read more

This gym use to be a good place, since last year they started making too much changes and made it worse. They took away the daycare, plus they took out the good trainers that they had, 0% recommended .when when you come in you feel everything except for a good vive read more

I am so confused with all of these reviews. I've worked out in gyms all over the world and can safely say that this place is immaculate and a prime example of what gyms should be and what they should offer. I'm not even a member yet as I am eagerly awaiting the end of my membership this month at another gym, but I can't wait to join 1440. I understand that people get so used to a certain type of way that they can't swallow the pill of positive change but my goodness these reviews ‍. I honestly don't know how any owner could possibly deal with the ridiculous issues that people continue to bring up on these apps. And for the record, I'd proudly share the floor with a service dog any day of the week. read more

I've been coming here a couple of weeks now after dumping 24 hour fitness(best decision ever) 1440 is clean and a lot bigger than you would imagine. Great free weight area , Dumbbells up to 120lbs as well. They have a juice bar , spin classes, large room for classes , Pilates kids club and an outdoor turf area you can drag a sled or push some tires. Bad ass! Very affordable and cheap to sign up. Better yet they are 24hrs! Best gym in the area hands down read more

I recently joined Fitness 1440 thru Silver Sneakers. If you like Aerobic Exercise Classes this place is for you. It also has a Pilates program, not to mention a large spin cycle area. Their personal trainers are pro-active and very helpful. They also have equipment that is unique.. On the down side, their machines are limited and too close together. They are open 24 hours, but have no employees after hours. So you could end up being completely alone at night??? All in all, come in and check it out. read more

This gym looked amazing but sadly so say there's was no staff around for me to try it out I'm willing to change my review if one of the owners or managers hits me back read more

I have been a member of this gym for about 8 years. I used to love it but since the new ownership took over it is terrible. They got rid of my trainer. They charge extra for group fitness, which is something I use ocasionally, but not often enough to want to pay extra for it. I asked for the national news to be put on the tv in the morning but was told the national news was too divisive. So instead of the national news (CNN, MSNBC, or Fox News would have been fine) they play TNT and the CW in the morning. Who watches CW????? I cancelled my membership and joined another gym. read more

Awesome gym I highly recommend for everyone to join! Love that they are 24/7 and that the place is always clean! Horrible right?! the owners are extremely nice and always there to help. read more

SCAMMERS - Worst gym ever, my old gym NAC (Nashville Atheltic Club) moved us over there without our permission in Jan 2021 and I canceled my membership in March 2021. They still charged me $210 even after the cancellation. read more

Great place! Great owners. Real people helping the community.

This has become my favorite gym. The owners are extremely nice and helpful, clean environment with good energy, and its 24/7. They serve coffee and very good protein smoothies. Canceled all my other gym membership read more

Its a shame. But, the sign says "dear loyal customers, we are closed until further notice." I sure hope they reopen. I really liked this gym. read more

Love this gym! Super clean! Great music playing! Plenty of quality machines and space Amazing staff! Recommend to everyone I know!

Thee absolute best gun in south FL. Looking for a place where you can get your work out without having to wait around for certain equipment? BAM! here it is, looking for a gym that's open 24 hours? BAM! Here it is. Looking for friendly people that aren't full of themselves whether staff or are the members? BAM! Here it is. And ALL of this for a price that puts other "cost friendly" gyms to shame....? BAM! Here it is. Absolutely love this place. read more

Today my family and I had the absolute WORST experience in trying to renew our membership. As a retired police officer and my wife a school teacher in Plantation along with our two disable children we were trying to maintain our yearly rate of approximately $600. Apparently to the self proclaimed owner Mike Carnavale as he called himself because he refused to give us anything in writing to prove who he actually was tried to rip us off by charging us $1000.00. We have been members on what would have been 4yrs. We would NEVER EVER recommend this gym to anyone and will now go out of our ways to anyone who will listen including my current 1300 plus employees to steer clear and as far away from this gyms possible. This is customer service at its WORST!!!!!! read more

I like this gym but I think there is new ownership because the atmosphere is very different from what it used to be about 2 years ago. And the music is loud which is annoying because I dont want to listen to what they play while Im working out. Hoping it gets better with time. read more

Great place close to home love the outside workout equipment the staff is nice and guest there are awesome positive people great vibes.

These people are UNREAL. Gave me a great smile when I walked in and made me feel right at home. DISGUSTING. Took my membership to the basic club right down the street. Dont say I didnt warn you! read more

Walked in walked out! Talk about run down and throwing bandaids on what should be a total loss. Machines rusty broke down yea they had some that looked new but like 10 new machines everything else looked like you could get staph just by looking at it. Floors had a layer of filth I was literally on the floor for two minutes and ruined my pants! I've seen some poor little guy cleaning his tail off but come on a mop will not clean those floors! Some staff are nice the rest are well "New". Gotta say planet fitness got me easy being right down the street for a fraction of the cost. read more

Horrible management. I was kicked out of the gym for being married to someone whos brother worked there. My husband was fired from the gym (while on duty for the military ...serving our country) because the general manager said he did not feel comfortable around anyone who was related to my brother inlaw. Discrimination! This gym is poorly managed. Join another gym. read more

Extremely inconsistent (frequently closed without sufficient warning) and poor management. In the past few months, the gym has frequently been closed for "renovations" and a lot of services aren't consistently available. The gym is advertised as 24 hours however they were closed early this morning without any prior notice to customers. Extremely disappointing gym experience for the money. Take your business elsewhere read more

This gym is really nice and clean. One thing which I don't like about this place is the fact you are unable to use the fitness room after 8pm because the older man which cleans the gym at night doesn't let you. Which in my opinion is very strange. Since the gym is open 24h everything in this gym should be available 24h. I'm a tennis player and my program requires some exercises which I'm unable to do in the back room because there is too many equipment...so at that point I'm considering changing the gym. read more

We've been at this location for 5 years but not a day longer. We've relocated to Planet Fitness, Plantation, Florida. The new staff is unpleasant, disagreeable and condescending. The equipment is old. All of the previous trainers have been let go, have to share the floor space with dog. read more

This place is unreal. Everyone's always smiling and happy and blah! Such a comfortable and amazing environment to work out in and the entire gym was so organized and racked it just made me sick! you're way better off going to a basic gym, you know, smells, crowded and limited hours, Man those gyms are where it's at!! read more

Sherrie G. Went to gym yesterday 2/26/2018 to enquire about aquatics classes and before I got my complete statement out of my mouth one of the young mgrs. (never introduced himself) wanted to sale a package and when I told him I didn't want a pkg he told the young lady standing with him handle her although she was very nice, she was uncomfortable at the way he motion toward me she gave me and after the aquatics tour the young lady had a question for the mgr ( what is price pay per class he said 10.00) he turned and walked my way very aggressively and pointed to a schedule on the counter and said this what we have and these are the times and walked off as though I was a bother so I looked on schedule and said I must be missing something because I don't see any classes scheduled for aquatics and the young lady said we don't schedule if we don't have an instructor. All that being said I felt since I wasn't interested in a pgk they weren't interested me. Very rude!! read more

Sauna not readily available and when it is it's not as hot a temperature as other gyms. Lighting is sometimes out for a week and not maintained as well as body wash in men's shower. Equipment could use some updating only 3 hammer strength machines in the whole gym... other than that I love that there is rarely ever a big crowd here which is a plus because you can use any equipment you need. read more

This gym is an amazing gym, the staff here are very nice and will always help you if you have a problem with something. I lost my key about 4 times and they gave me a new one everytime without charging me. The best thing about this gym is how lowkey and open it is, it is never really packed when you go at the right time and the gym also has everything you need to get an intense workout in. I had an amazing gym experience here and would recommend this gym to anyone who is trying to get fit and pack on some muscle read more

overpriced They don't even ask why you want to cancel your membership. canceling the membership takes an act of congress. Send certified letter 30 days before your bill date, not kidding. Rate increased few months in WiFi never works People do seem to like the classes, I saw a good turnout. GM is impossible to deal with. Corporate does not care about franchise issues. I'm sure some very nice people work there but I had a bad experience and would not recommend to anyone. There are better gyms with no contracts who keep you as a member because they TRY to keep you. This place locks you in to a contract and forgets who you are. read more

So many positive changes since the new management took over! First time in years that I've seen the owners actually present in the gym and observing what goes on! Can't wait to see what else they have in store;) thank you fitness1440 for all of the positive ch read more

Great gym! Love the classes and trainers! Being open 24 hours helps a lot with my busy schedule! Staff are amazing and very helpful!

Overall I like this place. I do not find the owners friendly but that does not matter because I come to workout. I overheard the female owner say lockers are for "daily" use yet I have observed 10 or more locks consistently on the same lockers for months. I applaud the attempt to get members to restack their weights because it was truly getting out of hand. You can't please everybody but keep up the good work! Thank you. read more
