Regular gym is a little intimidating for me, and I wouldn't have seen the same drastic changes that I do now. I have also gotten stronger it's amazing how a 15 pound barbell is now light for me! First off, this place is very clean and they have all the equipments you need to work out. Every day the workout is different. All the coaches are amazing they are super friendly they motivate you and support you with anything you need. Coach Lorraine the owner was the first person I spoke to and she is amazing in helping you do your best and guide you with all the movements correctly during the workouts. With the membership, you receive emails with lots of nutritional tips and food findings. You do not have to be experienced to come to the box you start wherever you are and you work your way up! Warning: you get addicted! I have to go at least three or four times a week! What is motivating also is that you work out with a group of people who are friendly, fun and encourage you do your best and I think that's what's important to have at a box. There are special workouts that sometimes happen throughout the year. For Christmas you can win a T-shirt if you come for a certain amount of days. They also offer I believe a one-week trial if you'd like to give it a shot. There is also a little section for you to charge your phone. They also sell water, but have a filter to just refill your bottle! I definitely recommend Crossfit to everyone especially if you are not sure what to do at a regular gym or you may be a little bit bored at this place you will always have a good time!

You looking forward to going because you get to see your workout friends who become like family. Everyone is so supportive. What I love most is how encouraging and inclusive the coaches and members are with my special needs son. Everything is modified to meet him where he is at based on his age and his intellectual and physical abilities. This gym has honestly changed our lives in the most positive ways. It's hard to explain in words, you've just got to come and experience it. I'm a 40 something mom and wife and have seriously never felt better. I'm not athletic, but I find the challenge of completing Crossfit workouts so rewarding. And doing so have given me confidence in all aspects of my life beyond the gym.

They always do a warm up and explain the workout in detail. They're also very good at recommending scale downs for anyone with an injury or wanting to do something different, while challenging you and pushing you to do better at the same time. It's a great community with really nice people. The facilities are kept clean and there's also a separate training area if you want to workout alone and not do a class that is included with your membership fee.

Absolutely horrendous business practices. Stay away…read more Trying to cancel my membership has been an absolute nightmare. They have effectively put an AI wall between customers and anyone who can actually help. Nobody answers the phone because their AI system refuses to connect you to a human. Their email system is also automated and provides a limited selection of useless responses that do not resolve the issue. You would think walking into the actual location would solve the problem. Nope. Staff members on site claim they are not "authorized" to cancel memberships either. Apparently, you are forced right back into the same ridiculous automated system. I blocked their recurring charge with my bank TWICE because I no longer wanted to be charged. Now I received an "authorization" through Stripe that I never agreed to and never signed. At this point, this has gone far beyond bad customer service. Making it incredibly easy to take someone's money while making it ridiculously difficult to stop taking it is completely unacceptable. Be VERY careful before giving this business your payment information or signing up for a membership. Based on my experience, getting out is infinitely harder than getting in. I would never do business with this place again.

Having moved to the Pembroke Pines area some years back, I was looking for a different kind of…read moregym.  Tired of the same-old-same-old and being closer to 50 than 40 (years old), it was time for a new approach. I was coming off CrossFit and Orange Theory and Bootcamps and general weightlifting.  But none of them by themselves were getting me where I wanted to be.  Plus I had no time for all. Then a friend of mine told me about Fit4Lyfe, a/k/a F4L. I signed up for the free class and showed up ready to kill it. After all, I killed my Orange Theory classes. For as long as I remember I have been in good to great shape... so I thought.  The trainer that day was the owner, Jason. Warmed up and away I went. All I remember about my first class was that midway through I felt like throwing up.  I thought to myself... what in the world is going on!?! F4L is a HIIT (high intensity interval training) gym as well OCR (obstacle course racing) training facility. It's a different kind of gym. It isn't like an Orange Theory or an F45. Ran by its owners Jason and Sandy, at F4L you will get the kind of personal attention you won't get anywhere else, especially in the aforementioned places.  This place is not a franchise type facility. It has a family feel to it the likes of which I've never experience anywhere before. Not only are all trainers trained by both Jason and Sandy, the routines rarely ever repeat (and I've been with F4L for nearly five years) making every 1-hr HIIT class unique. You will get whatever you put into F4L.  You want to come, take a class and leave? Cool!  You want to be part of a family? Sure.  Your call.  I've never EVER seen gym owners make themselves so available to its members. Never experienced an owner caring so much about my well-being.  Never seen members of a gym socialize so much outside of it. I had done some OCR spartan races here and there before joining F4L. Today?  I have competed in three OCR World/North American Championships.  I have placed top ten in my age group in OCR races.  I have improved my running per mile by almost 3 minutes.  I ran two half marathons.  I have ran Triathlons and will complete my first Half Ironman next year and hopefully a full Ironman the year after that.  AND ALL OF IT IS DUE TO JASON & SANDY AT F4L. I joined a gym... and gained a family... friends that will last me a lifetime. Come give it a try. It really is a special place.

I love how positive and encouraging he is and also how everyone in the class pushes each other to keep going even when it feels challenging.
