Shortly after, I received very different messaging by text including a dismissive tone and a completely different narrative. Policies changing is fine. Inconsistency, poor communication, and condescension are not. This interaction left a bad taste in my mouth and an immediate ick. I'm sharing this so others can make informed decisions. Their method of getting you into shape is not for the weak. They open before the crack of dawn. This type of gym is what I would consider open air.
