Shortly after, I received very different messaging by text including a dismissive tone and a completely different narrative. Policies changing is fine. Inconsistency, poor communication, and condescension are not. This interaction left a bad taste in my mouth and an immediate ick. I'm sharing this so others can make informed decisions. It was my first time experiencing an infrared sauna as opposed to an electric sauna and it was a really good experience. They are open 24 hours which is really great for a busy schedule. They also have a security device that can be worn around the neck in case of overheating while alone. They have other virtual classes aside from yoga and a weight training section.
