They have great rates for the type of fitness that you get. I love that the concept is only 30 minutes and very straight forward (numbered stations) yet they switch it up. There are 10 stations with 3 exercises at each which you will do for 1 minute each, non-stop. 10-20 sec rest in between all to total 30 minutes not including any warm-up or if you want to run 6x around the building (about a mile). The exercises are a combination of legs (kickboxing style kicks, squats, lunges), abs (ab roller, situps), cardio (boxing combos, burpees, jumping jacks, etc.) and MMA defense. You won't wait more than a minute as you can start at a different station after the 3 minute jump rope warmup. Kendrick is the instructor and he is personable, soft spoken and laid back. He encourages you by name without pushing you to the extent of Jillian Michael's scolding. I guess it depends on how you are motivated but he's Denise Austin without being annoying. I would recommend this place. When there are less people Kendrick can customize some moves at your request which is nice. The only negative that I have with all studios (and not just this one) is I really wish they offered a shower because to be dripping in sweat means you ultimately must go home straight afterwards and that doesn't quite work with active lifestyles. No pun intended.
