Regular gym is a little intimidating for me, and I wouldn't have seen the same drastic changes that I do now. I have also gotten stronger it's amazing how a 15 pound barbell is now light for me! First off, this place is very clean and they have all the equipments you need to work out. Every day the workout is different. All the coaches are amazing they are super friendly they motivate you and support you with anything you need. Coach Lorraine the owner was the first person I spoke to and she is amazing in helping you do your best and guide you with all the movements correctly during the workouts. With the membership, you receive emails with lots of nutritional tips and food findings. You do not have to be experienced to come to the box you start wherever you are and you work your way up! Warning: you get addicted! I have to go at least three or four times a week! What is motivating also is that you work out with a group of people who are friendly, fun and encourage you do your best and I think that's what's important to have at a box. There are special workouts that sometimes happen throughout the year. For Christmas you can win a T-shirt if you come for a certain amount of days. They also offer I believe a one-week trial if you'd like to give it a shot. There is also a little section for you to charge your phone. They also sell water, but have a filter to just refill your bottle! I definitely recommend Crossfit to everyone especially if you are not sure what to do at a regular gym or you may be a little bit bored at this place you will always have a good time!

It's hard to explain in words, you've just got to come and experience it. I'm a 40 something mom and wife and have seriously never felt better. I'm not athletic, but I find the challenge of completing Crossfit workouts so rewarding. And doing so have given me confidence in all aspects of my life beyond the gym.

This is not a Crossfit, this is a strength training class that focuses on functional fitness especially good for aging athletes or people that want to carry 10 grocery bags up the the stairs lol. They focus on form over quantity and speed, the safe way to train. Classes are 50 min- 1 hr long. I love that classes are capped at 20 people and doors are closed when class starts. No distractions, no phones, no comparing to other people. I recommend this gym highly and I am super excited about continuing and seeing my gains and progress. I submitted a request for a first class through their website and Karina called me very shortly thereafter to try to setup my first class. They also followed up through text, and I promptly setup my first class for later in the week. They also followed up with me the day of to ensure I would be making it or if I needed to reschedule. I really loved how customer focused they were and was a great sign to me how much the business prioritizes customer service. For your first class, you have to start with a Kickboxing 101 class, which is essential. Karina shows you around the studio, talks about the format of the class to come, and provides a brief overview of some standard punches and kicks. I have done a few boxing classes before and I still found the Kickboxing 101 class very helpful as a recap reminder session and the classes they have at Intensity X3 are handcrafted so it's good to see how they have their classes formatted before you get started. During my last class, Catt also introduced herself to me as one of the leaders and checked on my form a few times throughout class and I've had a few amazing classes with both Markus and Karina who put on amazing classes, great coaches and really were very explanatory in their demos and pushed me and the other class members to really push us to our limits. The studio, coaches and the entire class format are quite amazing and I'm looking forward to continuing my classes at Intensity X3!
