Hello, I wanted to…read moretake a moment to share my thoughts about Crunch. Overall, my experience has been fantastic--the atmosphere is energetic, and the staff and trainers are truly outstanding. Their friendliness and professionalism make every visit enjoyable and motivating. I do feel, however, that the gym could benefit from some updates. With new pieces of equipment and some renovations, Crunch could elevate the experience even further for members. These improvements would complement the already excellent team and help maintain the gym's welcoming environment. Thank you for all the hard work you do. I look forward to seeing how Crunch continues to grow and improve!

It's hard to give a low score, but this gym just isn't up to the same standards as other locations…read more First impression, it's in a large plaza next to a soccer facility and a rock climbing gym, so the area has a strong fitness vibe. Parking was easy, with a large lot and no issues there. However, the moment I opened the door, there was a very strong, unpleasant smell. It was hard to ignore and honestly off-putting. I have been to other Crunch locations and have never experienced anything like that. The design of the gym also feels different compared to others. It is very purple, which I personally like, but overall it comes across as a bit dated. The gym just looks plain and doesn't feel like the others at all. I had signed up for a Zumba class, so I went to the front desk to check in. I was simply told I was good to go and to head in. This is the only Crunch location I have visited that did not have me sign in or give out wristbands. I even asked about it, and they said not to worry. The class itself was full, and the instructor was great. That was definitely the highlight and the saving grace of this visit. One other positive was that the group fitness room had a paper towel dispenser. I have not seen that at other Crunch locations, and it was really convenient. I don't understand how none of the gyms offer paper towels in their main gym areas, bathrooms or rooms. It's also worth noting that this location does not have a hot studio for Pilates, yoga, or similar classes, nor does it have a dedicated ride studio for cycling, which is something I have seen and enjoyed at other locations. That said, I do not see myself returning to this location, especially since there are other gyms nearby that offer Zumba classes in a much better overall environment.

What a fantastic workout, plain and simple. I torched…read morecalories, tossed around some weight and rowed like no one was watching. Or is it danced... nope, no I rowed. I wanted to make sure to write the review a few days after, because writing it right after a workout is like grocery shopping when you're hungry; it's easy to be swayed! That being said, objectively speaking the only thing better than the customer service of the front staff over the phone in scheduling the class was the coach. Coach Lisah was on point like the period at the end of this sentence. That one there. She kept the motivation up, energy high, and was engaging at all the right moments. I've been to all sorts of gyms and group fitness classes. I can appreciate different coaching styles. Bar none, Coach Lisah was welcoming, knowledgeable (I've got some ortho pains in my Shoulder) she walked me through different options and help with queues. Onto the workout, it was half tread work and half weight station/towing machine. The equipment is designed to minimize impact on my joints and the studio had stationary bikes and two striders which I can see myself using as an alternative means of cardio. A few days later I'm Happy to report I don't have the joint pain of hard road running. If you've read my posts you'll see a pattern: I love convenience. I also love that the workout was effective, easy to follow but still challenging. All in all 5/5 stars Pro tip: I prefer using the app to schedule appts but if it's inoperable call the studio directly like I did and get squared away.

In short: they clearly do not value business and this will catch up to them…read more Twice in a row I was unable to complete workouts that I paid for due to unreasonably rigid "rules" they have in place. 1st time: I came to the class 7 minutes late due to traffic and the front desk turned me away because they have a strict 5 minute rule. My friend who comes here regularly said she has seen them late people in much later. I pre-booked this class so this was a donation The 2nd time: I brought my son (who is 7) with me and instructed him to sit on the bench in the lobby which he has done before at this location and at other gyms (grit 60) . He is well behaved, sitting and watching his iPad and we have never had an issue. One girls from the front desk comes to me 15 mins into my workout and comes to tell me that this isn't allowed. So I just donated a second class. My good friend and I had to leave without completing our workout. I will never come back to this location.. the trainers are great but this is unreasonable and they very comfortable turning away clients after they already have their money. There are more modern concept HIIt style workouts that are considerate of their clients and their clients have better results as well ( Grit 60 andF45 I'm looking at you) . I suggest you take your business there (or elsewhere) as it's only a matter of time before Orange Theory becomes part of the past. My friend and I definitely will and we will make sure to tell others.
