My stretch practitioner Linda was so kind and had great energy so I instantly felt comfortable and she walked me through everything.

I have visited PRL for approximately 2 years. I have spinal…read moreand neck issues that are not even close to being guaranteed to be successfully remedied by surgery. Dr. Warren, and staff, thorough a variety of methods (stim, massage, heat) were able to treat the symptoms to provide a measure of relief. I would highly recommend PRL and Dr Warren as a place where they listen to what you have to say and treat you as an individual.

I have NEVER walked out of any kind of medical appointment before in my life until today. And I am…read more71 years of age? Dr. Warren is an output only device (think about it?) and is seemingly incapable of processing or discussing patient observations. I was dismissed, dismissed, and dismissed again. He did/could not process anything I had to say about my ailments. He just dismissed me. I doubt that he let me complete a single sentence in the 20 or so minutes i was with him? What the freaking What? How ARROGANT is THAT? He decided what is wrong with me, unilaterally, and doesn't give a damn about my inputs? WTW does he know about me? Nothing. And he does not care to learn about what I have to say? No. Dismiss. Dismiss. And dismiss again. I've never experienced anything like this in my life? What an idgit? What an utter failure to communicate? What an OUTPUT ONLY DEVICE this guy is???? That means he does not take inputs. At. All. I am accustomed to having a give/take relationship with my providers. You will not find that experience at this place? Oh, no. You will not. You will have this fool's opinion shoved up your throat. Do I want to be treated by this idgit? Not likely. This fool was convinced he knew what was wrong with me, and would not have it any other way. He dismissed my inputs. To hell with him? I am sooooooo gone here? I've NEVER had such a NEGATIVE experience in any manner of medical providers until today. Stay away from this _MOST_ arrogant fool.

I was suffering from a disc/nerve issue, and was able to get an appointment fairly quick…read more Office personnel were great, MA brought me back on time. Naomi Alcock was the provider. She was fantastic. Spent time with me with assessing my issue, and then spent time going over options. Would highly recommend Desert Spine, and Naomi Alcock.

Quite possibly one of the worst bait-and-switch experiences I've ever been a part of. I confirmed…read morewith the office that my procedure would be "covered," and they even framed a "test" injection as an easy next step--while admitting they weren't sure it would help--because, again, "it's covered." Afterward, my insurance paid $23. Then the clinic billed me $800. When I went back to ask them to honor what I was told--or at least work with me on price given their guidance--they refused. I asked about a self-pay option; they said no because my insurance had already paid $23. No flexibility, no ownership, no accountability. From my perspective, this is the definition of a bait-and-switch: reassure the patient about coverage to green-light the visit, deliver a token insurance payment, then dump the real cost on the patient and refuse to make it right. I left feeling misled and out hundreds of dollars for a "test" they weren't confident would help in the first place. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this practice to anyone. If you do go, get every "coverage" assurance in writing, ask for CPT codes up front, and verify directly with your insurer--because the verbal promises I received were worthless. I won't be back.
