Been going to EVPT since 2014! After several hip, knee and shoulder surgeries, even pre surgery for some. Bar none, best Physical Therapy in Arizona!. They have the nicest staff, best Doctors that all care about YOU! All their patients have their own special care plan set up per each individuals need, monitored and evaluated at each appointment! I go to Doctor Robert Whipple, just excellent! I highly recommend East Valley PT! Updated January 2026 read more

I have been a patient since Mar 7 attending 2 days per week for rehab for a Hip replacement on 5/25/25. I have been generally satisfied with the service but I am concerned with the progress and continue to experience more pain than I thought I would have. I fear I will be out of benefits after my final visit of 4/16/25. I don't feel I am ready to be discharged and would like to continue treatment. Tyler has been helpful and I believe he can still help me. Thank You for your consideration Frank Romano Five Star Rating read more

This place is incredible! I brought my elderly mother here after she broke a bone in her hip and I was so impressed with the quality of Care they displayed immediately. Everyone had a great smile and Great Attitude. They seem to really care and they work so well with the elderly. The office experience was just as friendly and they explain everything clearly. After 5 visit I have seen great results in my mother. My experience here is so positive that I, myself have started some physical therapy that I have been putting off for a long time. I highly recommend this place and especially Dr. Whipple, He really seems to care for his patients and talks to them and examines their progress ever sessions. All the therapists are just great. read more

My third aqua therapy session. The therapist are all very nice and attentive. Therapy in the pool is awesome! The buoyancy that the pool provides is awesome and really helps me walk. I highly recommend this place. Five stars. read more

I was sent to aquatherapy by East Valley Physical Therapy. The pool center was unacceptable. There wasn't a changing room to change in or out of my swimsuit. Just a small area, the size of half of a closet, which was occupied by a man who was dropping his clothes on the floor while he changed. Mot wanting to strip naked or watch this male stranger strip naked, I put my clothes on over my wet swimsuit and left. I won't be returning. read more

This place is a joke, no supervision in doing physical therapy. They have PT techs. They really don't know what they're doing , unfriendly service I would not recommend this place. read more

Came here for failed back syndrome. Have tried regular PT at other facilities and have found them to be of little or no help. I was very impressed with this facility. Felt everyone there was very professional and caring and the aquatic portion of the treatment was very helpful for my back pain. They also have a program that allows you to continue using the pool after your insurance quits paying for a small fee. My only complaint would be the room for the exercise portion is small and somewhat cramped but i would highly recommend East Valley PT. read more

Have been here two different rehabs, for knee replacements. My wife has also been her for joint replacement rehab. Personnel very friendly and seemed to know their jobs. Just no frills, except the pool. I went the second time to get the water rehab. Found it just ok, so after I learned what to do at home, stopped the visits and returned to my first rehab place. Will be providing a review on Continum wellness rehabilitation at a later date read more

EVPT was great and helped me recover fully and quickly. I highly recommend this physical therapy practice!

Dr. Case is my go-to helper to "get back to great" when I need physical therapy. I found these guys many years ago and have returned whenever I need PT, even from a 25 minute drive away! From the front desk to the back gym and each step in-between, the folks are approachable, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. read more

Physical therapists w/their doctorate. Excellent assessment, hands-on treatment and evaluation each session. Compassionate, caring, accessible to patient/technical staff at all times. Considerate office staff. Very open to discussing issues, sharing ideas, joint development in plan of care. I am a healthcare professional, highly critical of my providers. Would recommend EVPT to anyone as they personify in how health care should be delivered. read more

Hateful, vindivtive and unprofessional being two faced pretending everything was ok to my face while they plotted to drop me like a wet rag. They had scheduled several visits past the last visit the VA authorized without telling me when my sessions were going to end. Tudor the physical therapist knows my physical therapy is extremely intense and to just end it without any warning like they did is just hateful vindictive and wrong. Durring my last session Tudor was talking about what he was going to do in the next session when there was no more physical therapy sessions knowing that he was going to tell the VA that they were not going to work with me anymore is just wrong and vindictive. Then to tell me to my face that they're going to do everything to get me more visits while telling the VA that they're done with me is just hateful and wrong. My era of Veteran First Gulf War era is dying off of accidents faster than Vietnam or Korean veterans are dying of disease. And quite frankly it's this attitude of you're not even worthy of our time to tell you what's going on just go away and get out of our face and dont come back is the reason we're dying of accidents read more

In my opinion a good Dr. listens. I saw Dr. Packard. He never asked where my pain was or try different methods. The needs that I was referred over for were never addressed or met. The Dr. would stretch my neck for about 3 min.and never asked if it hurt. That was the only time he spent with me. Never asked questions or seemed to try to resolve the problem or care. This practice has poor communication and this Dr. lacks compassion and concern. read more
