We have rats in the dryer due to their being no vent covers in the house (per the person they sent) now they say it's our issue. We went 3 weeks without laundry because the electrical panel was rusted and the breaker caused the whole house to lose power multiple times. It takes weeks to get updated, if you get any at all. Never rent a property with them, you'll be living with leaks, mold and rats . They also sent the most unqualified people to try and fix things.

Have had 2 other property management companies since; one kept costs low by ignoring long-term maintenance that the tenant didn't report, the other outsourced everything ($114 to put mylar numbers on mailboxes!).
