The good and the bad…read more... I have been a renter through Sienna Properties for a few short years. Though, I had some minor moments of frustration with them...the majority of the time was good. I don't have any major complaints with Eric or Tiffany or my home owner. Those are the main 3 I usually have to call for inquiries or problems. Today was the icing on the cake. We were scheduled to do a walk through with one of their Realtor Brokers as the house I am renting is being put on the market at the end of my lease. Unbeknownst to me, I was stuck at the airport for 2 days prior due to bad weather and fell asleep as soon as I got home...only to wake up in a panic realizing that our scheduled walk through was minutes away. I texted the broker, moments before she arrived to see if she would be a decent human and push our time back. Her name is Toni Bondonzi she was completely horrible and unprofessional, threatening to charge me $75. if I didn't let her in. She wouldn't listen to me as I tried to explain my situation, she walked in with an attitude. When I told her about her rotten attitude, she shrugged her shoulders and pushed through the house without regard to my circumstances or respect for me. I asked her to leave and she refused and kept taking pictures of the house. I feel as if complaints like these are never taken serious, in house, especially when it's a complaint about one of their own. I am only posting for those of you who are weighing whether or not to use this company. The property has been vacant only once in over twenty years. I had to reach out to them. Sienna has yet to proactively notify me of anything in this process. It has been weeks and I have yet to receive a proposal for next steps to occupancy. I would not recommend this business to anyone who needs property management.

Our Community Deserves It…read more As a longtime homeowner in Highpointe, I can say firsthand that PS Property Management, and specifically our community manager Chris Hashisaki, have failed to meet even the basic expectations of professionalism, transparency, and responsiveness. Requests for records that should be easy to share digitally are stonewalled behind outdated certified mail requirements -- even though state law allows for "electronic or reasonably available formats." When questioned about lack of enforcement of clearly documented nuisance issues (like persistent dog barking), Chris's response was essentially "go talk to your neighbor." Meanwhile, any issue you bring up seems to immediately trigger a complaint back at you, whether or not it's relevant or legitimate. It's retaliatory, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Residents are treated like a nuisance instead of valued stakeholders in the community we fund and care about. There is no accountability, no effort to listen, and certainly no transparency. Even requests to view the HOA's management agreement -- a basic right under Texas Property Code -- are denied unless you jump through hoops and pay per page for what is almost certainly a digital document. This is not how a community should be managed. Chris H is not the right fit for Highpointe, and PS Management's poor policies and practices are enabling this dysfunction. Homeowners, take note: we deserve better. And we have every right to demand it.

From the get go she said the repairs will be fixed. The repair man showed up and said repairs needed to be made. The home was dirty when we moved in carpet took three times to vaccum until cleaned. Chris is horrible won't return emails or calls. Bettinger and the landlord refuse to return my FINANCIAL deposit. They stole my $2025 and refuse to return it. Keep the rental deposit I get it but my financial deposit is not your money to keep. Thieves. So no response on repairs we moved out. No return phone call or text. Nothing. We cleaned every room before leaving. Also this home had mold in large bedroom closet from ceiling leak black mold we found our clothes were thrown away as they had mold. I did not ask for reimbursement of the clothes. However after we moved out repairs were done inside and outside, tile floors, foundation, and concrete. All the things that were supposed to be done were Done after we moved out. Be careful and get everything in writing. So we had to give 3 months deposit one lease rental deposit 2 financial deposit. Received one financial refund and won't return the second. Be Aware they are thieves.

We have rats in the dryer due to their being no vent covers in the house (per the person they sent) now they say it's our issue. We went 3 weeks without laundry because the electrical panel was rusted and the breaker caused the whole house to lose power multiple times. It takes weeks to get updated, if you get any at all. Never rent a property with them, you'll be living with leaks, mold and rats . They also sent the most unqualified people to try and fix things.
