The house was left spotless and, frankly, cleaner than it was when we moved in. Most notably, their response completely avoids the lack of customer service. We have rented from several other companies and have never experienced anything comparable. Their response has done little more than reinforce my original review. Still a nightmare of a company. Company provides poor communication until they want something from you. We left our rental spotless and they still took out over $400 for cleaning fees. Anytime we called to get info their answer was basically we have other customer so we will get to it when we get to it. There are a million other incidents but overall stay away!
